Joe was lovely, but disappointed with colour as not as expected, I wanted something to enhance grey in hair, something lost in translation. Would have been better with placed highlights rather than whole head as appears more blond rather than silver (?) which wasn't what I was going for on this occasion. So will have to adjust cut to reduce impact until removed. This is initial thoughts day after! So time will tell.
