had a few issues with my ad. so I sent an email to David Ruddle asking hi about them and he sent back a very considerate and comprehensive answer - not some generalized blah about FAQs, but specific to my problem. That was excellent! More than that: the fact that I made contact with a human and not an algorithm was impressive; the speed of reply also, and the fact that it was New Year's eve... Amazing!!

I found yesterday’s Business Boost meeting at the Cumberland so invigorating. Everyone was so full of enthusiasm and offered so many . It was also delightful to meet people face to face and bounce ideas off each other.
The focus of the meeting was to plan for 2022 and now have so many new ideas to think about.

I love David’s weekly business Tuesday Top Tips. Especially catchy subject lines that make me want to open the emails and read more. Short but to the point and because they come weekly it keeps the momentum in place to check if what I’m doing is right ( or wrong or I’m not doing it at all) and gives me a chance to act if needed.
