We highly recommend using Tectonic Digital Systems.
They have looked after us for several years and solved an issue very recently with one of our CCTV cameras.
The engineer James arrived promptly on the day and was very polite and helpful, explaining things as he went about his work.
He soon fixed the problem with the camera and left all areas clean and tidy before leaving a very satisfied customer.
Fantastic service and definitely a 5 star rating.

Very impressed with Tectonic Digital Solutions Ltd. They did a fantastic job from quote to finish. Both Nigel and James were really honest and good guys that made the process both enjoyable and easy. Nigel even commented on my house and DIY skills which was nice of him.<br>Really impressed and would recommend there services.

We were getting really frustrated with our intermittent heating issue...was it the Nest or was it the boiler? We contacted Tectonic who came within 24 hours and gave us a clear simple answer: the Nest was fine - nothing wrong with it. He enabled us to get the heating on, identified the issue with a valve which enabled us to provide essential information to British Gas. We will go back to Tectonic for any electrical issue - our engineer was great.

Tectonic Digital Systems fitted a new outside tv aerial.The engineer was not only polite but very helpfull.
He tuned up on time removed the old cables filled the old holes and did a superb neat job ,
Tv works better than before i am very happy with the job at a very good price.

Highly recommend Nigel for all electrical needs whether it’s at home or business related. Tectonic is a one stop shop for electrics, lighting, tv aerial and satellite, cctv, EV charging point installations and more. I like to be able to use a local Eastbourne business who can provide multiple solutions all at once without the issues of contacting several people. Helped me numerous times with our TVs and electrics and now looking at EV charger to be installed and I know who I’ll be calling. For a local, friendly, reasonably priced electrician in Eastbourne who provides an excellent service look no further. The perfect one stop shop.

Rhian listened to our requirements and liaised with us to organise a site visit.<br>Nigel gave us lots of useful information during the site visit and a quotation followed the next day.<br>James and Nigel serviced the alarm system, detected the fault and repaired in and were very considerate of our business trading whilst they were on site.<br>Thanks Tectonic, we'll be in touch for some more work soon!

It was an absolute delight to deal with a company that delivers exactly what it promises, at the time it promises, and to a great standard of work, without making any excuses. I don’t have enough space to put all the good things about this company. From the second I called I felt listened to & understood, it might not have been a big job for them but they just made everything easy, all staff were professional & easy to talk to, nothing was too big or too small, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great electrician, all rounder business, they have me covered for all electrical needs and advice, TV, CCTV, audio etc you name it they can do it. Wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone who needs an electrician or solar installer.
