Super impressed with the team at Tectonic!
We contacted them to arrange to have our fire alarm tested and to help with a detector fault. Rhian listened to our requirements and liaised with us to organise a site visit.
Nigel gave us lots of useful information during the site visit and a quotation followed the next day.
James and Nigel serviced the alarm system, detected the fault and repaired in and were very considerate of our business trading whilst they were on site.

They were very professional and the advice they gave us at the beginning about how many solar panels to get and through to the fitting and explaining at the end about how it all works . They advised us to get less panels not more . They also listened to what we wanted regarding the batteries and routing the cableBrilliant all round service

I don’t have enough space to put all the good things about this company. From the second I called I felt listened to & understood, it might not have been a big job for them but they just made everything easy, all staff were professional & easy to talk to, nothing was too big or too small, I wouldn’t use anyone else.
