We’re incredibly grateful to everyone at St Anne’s Veterinary for the care and attention they gave our cat, Tilly, following an altercation with another cat. From the moment we arrived, the team were professional, friendly, and highly proficient.<br><br>The vet and nurse were both reassuring and thorough, explaining everything clearly and making sure Tilly was as comfortable as possible throughout. The staff at reception were equally kind and welcoming, helping to make a stressful situation much easier to manage.<br><br>Thank you all for your excellent care and compassion — we couldn’t have asked for better support for Tilly.

Overall a very good very good veterinary practice however if you need referring to an eye specialist when a first line vet should know more, then be my guest....if you want to be "told what to do with your animals" then be my guest. My beautiful Tanya a German Shepherd cross had to be muzzled when having a 2nd year vaccination and me straddling her back. I was told "you should not breed from this dog, she is aggressive. I had no intention of breeding from her....it was her decision. Needless to day I never went cack and Tanya had no more poisons injected into her. Tanya never had puppies she took pleasure in helping to raise my kittens and was pack leader to our 12 cats. She would have died protecting any of her human family and chased out of the garden any cat which was not part of the pack. I had her spayed at 6 years as old as feared her developing womb cancer. A lovely vet at FOREMAN & FOREMAN did this for me called Etienne. A decision I regretted as she developed spay coat. Etienne also had to put her to sleep for me at age 10 years, which I will regret forever but that is a story I would rather not go into. Summary.....do your research, know what you want and do not be "fobbed off"

Have been using this vets for over 35 years. Have had experience of general care, operations, and end of life. At all times care has been provided with empathy and kindness. Wouldn't consider changing.

Friendly and welcoming staff, I felt my dog was important to the vets which I find is quite rare for vet practitioners these days. The practice was very clean and has a large reception area. This Was my first visit to this vets with my dog Alfie and I was really impressed, I have 3 dogs so now I will register my other 2. Highly Recommend

I have been using this service since 2016 and never had a problem, always very quick response, staff very professional and always with a smile.<br>All staff are very caring and treating your pet like their own.<br>I am very happy with everything what they do and would highly recommend for anyone that want their pet looked after.<br>Just amazing!!!<br>Thank you for everything you do.<br>Daniela

Had to put my dear old cat to rest last week, the staff at the practice in Eastbourne were so kind and compassionate , that the whole experience was much more bearable, thank to a wonder vets , I would highly recommend them to anyone from phone calls with reception team to the vets and nurses , wonderful team.

I cannot recommend this vet practice enough! I have never been anywhere else as I have always been happy with the care they provide and the information we are provided with.<br><br>I have experienced both the vets during the day and the emergency night time vets and this has never hindered the care we required, we have always been treated with respect and listened to (even when I was hyper paranoid and overwhelmed!)<br><br>Honestly I wouldn’t consider ever going to a different vets, my dog is always comfortable even though he can get a bit anxious, and they can provide any type of care we have needed over the years!<br><br>In terms of prices, I’ve never had issues with feeling like I’m being overcharged at all or extortionate prices for things, costs are always explained and always given a breakdown, the vets have always run things past us first outlining how much things can cost before agreeing (like X-rays etc), all around very reasonable.<br><br>All staff are so kind and welcoming, all super supportive, thank you to all at St Anne’s for being there when we have needed you the most! 12/10 service, experience and would highly recommend!

Receptionist was lovely and fitted us in with an emergency, the vet nurse was super kind and rapid to help and the vet Victoria was absolutely super she knew everything and diagnosed the cat very quickly plus she was extremely patient and kind with our nervous chap, she clearly loves them and that is a huge advantage. The professionalism was impeccable
