St. Anne's have been looking after my cat for the past week after a car accident. He has had the most amazing care from all the staff, day and night. I visit him daily, but I have also been updated every morning by phone. I thoroughly recommend them.

Very happy with the staff at st Anne's. My dog is usually very nervous around new people but she seemed to be happy with the staff here. Her operation was quick and satisfactory. Staff were friendly and gave great advice. Waiting area is clean and spacious. Very happy with the service provided.

My dog become very unwell and he was very difficult to diagnose so I went to St Anne's for a second opinion. My dog was examined thoroughly from head to toe and vet took time with him and us answering questions. The vet was amazing he listened to us and had a grate bed side manner with my dog. We had to go back a few time and some times at short notice the receptionist was grate at changing my appointments, fitting me in and I was able to see the same vet every time. My vet phoned me up with the test results and even just to check in to see how he was doing. They always talked me through every thing they wanted to do and why and always quoted every thing before going ahead with it. After running some test and seeing my dog deteriorating they strait away refer us to a specialist for an MRI scan. At the referral we discovered he had a very large brain tumour that was very slow growing that is why it was so hard to diagnosed him. We where very lucky the tumour was operable and will not regrow and my dog is doing amazing. Thank you so much St Anne's.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough !
They looked after my little rescue rabbit Dave and took care of his overgrown teeth - Everything was thoroughly explained prior to his surgery and i was provided with an itemised quote/printout of everything beforehand so i new exactly how much it was all going to cost in advance...so no nasty suprises!!
Saw the same vet throughout, from the initial consultation, surgery and post op check up.
The staff are all lovely, and I couldn't have asked for better care 👍🐰🐰😊

As a practice they are very good friendly and caring, my one problem is they don't have an out of hours emergency vet at the practice. As the other practices in eastbourne you have to go to Bexhill if you don't drive you are stuck... I wish that as a big practice they could supply an emergency out of hours vet for people who have no way other than taxi to get an unwell sick pet help...

I've been with St Anne's for over 20 years and have found the service superb. Whether it has been routine jabs or more serious treatment, to that dreadful last trip with a beloved pet. I cannot fault the care any of my girls have received. I always happily recommend you to my friends.

My 21 year old, frail cat had to be put down. The Vet and his nurse came to the house to do this saving the cat (and me) the trauma of bundling the cat into a basket, travelling and waiting in a vet surgery, smelling of dogs and animal fear. The Vet and the nurse could not have been kinder. They examined the cat without any fear or trauma to him and then discussed the situation helpfully with me. There was only a moment of fear as the injection went in but my cat died as peacefully and quickly as possible. No pet lover could wish for a kinder, more professional or more sensitive service at such a sad time.
