The team are all lovely. They always smile at us and Jasmine (our beautiful Sheltie). We are all treated very well. 'Vets' us not a scary word to Jasmine. I really enjoy myself too!

Great vets, always friendly and happy to help. My dog is very reactive to other dogs and they see him in the car park sometimes which is hugely less stressful.

Always been with St annes even when I had my horse and Peter Alan was there.the best equine vet ever .and this week our beloved skoshia was pts she was due to go to the surgery in the afternoon but we had to call for a home visit instead you came out straight away and kindly pts at home. I would never use any other vet thankyou all for what u did .xx

Have used St Annes for many years.<br>The staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. In particular, I shall always remember how sensitive and kind the staff were towards us when our beloved dog, Suzi, was euthanised in the practice garden during unprecedented times of covid. It was carried out with much thought, care and dignity.

After being Told one price for Consultation Fees ,you get billed for a higher price,extremely frustrating the Lack of communication going on with the vets & Reception staff.Not happy with being overcharged.For Meds that cost penny's yet your paying £50 + for ???

Visited surgery for our cat to have his injection, was seen by Danni what a lovely lady 🙂very kind and caring towards our cat , we were given great advice didnt feel rushed at all during our visit we could tell she was very passionate about her job .<br>Thank you so<br>much and look forward to seeing you soon .

Have dealt with St Anne's for many years and have always been very happy and found the staff very helpful and understanding. However, a recent call to make an appointment, a new receptionist seemed to concern herself with the amount of pets we have in our care. There is no need to voice that concern.

such, such a lovely experience with the most wonderful staff. went today (dec. 23) and the staff (especially the receptionist— not sure of her name but she wears very pretty red lipstick!) made my dog, who is usually super nervous, feel so comfortable, and they were so friendly to chat with. the vet herself was also absolutely wonderful and super kind/reassuring. a brilliant clinic, thank you :) xxx

We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.

All my pets have been under the care of St Annes since 2005. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The expertise and their facilities are the best in this area, they are open every day of the week and they have the most wonderful staff.<br><br>Our dog needed SOS surgery recently after cutting herself badly. She was injured at 1130, seen by a vet at 1200, operated on in that afternoon and she was home by 1800. This is THE most incredible care and attention at the time we really needed it.<br><br>Yes, this practice is a bit more expensive than others (apparently), but they are able to deliver the most outstanding care when you need it and that peace of mind is worth every penny.<br><br>Thank you Hettie and everyone who cared for Louisa recently and given the tough time vets are getting I wanted to publically applaud and thank you all.
