Receptionists were perfect. We saw a different Vet as our usual Vet was not there. The vet we saw was very anxious around my dog it looks like the vet was scared of my dog. My dog is extremely anxious at the vet and she made the situation worse. I will definitely not see that Vet again. Very disappointing and not fair on my dog.

They understand and respect my concerns about my pet. They never make me feel awkward with any odd requests regarding my pet. The always do everything they can to accomomodate my reqeusts. They look after my pets health very well. Highly recommend

Fantastic vets, have had kind considerate care for my pets for over 20 years. Simon, Aled and Hetty and the rest of the team are top class vets, they really care about my lovely dog and the medical attention they give him is always excellent. The ladies to at the front desk are amazing, kind, friendly and helpful. I will never change vets. I recommend them St Anne's to anyone.

The quality of the actual pet care was excellent. As with doctors and dentists, the problem is with the demeanour of reception staff. I was made to wait 15 mins for my appointment, with no attempt at explanation or apology.

St Anns vets are the best vets in Eastbourne.. there are always plenty of staff on hand to help you out . They are polite and friendly and care very much about your pets welfare..

We have lived in Eastbourne 8 years and have used St.Annes since we arrived after recommendation by a friend. They have always treated my cat well and he has had some difficult problems which have been resolved .

Great service, the vet was caring and understanding and did tests on our cat there and then to avoid another journey back to the vets on another date.

The Vets & staff are generally very cooperative & receptive at the practices, however in the past 4 years annual health check/booster fees have ,to say the least, been a bit over the top specifically which in my case the visit doesn't last for more than an av 15-20mins, with my reasonably healthy cat.<br>Example:2018 £37.75<br>2019 £39.95 +5.8%<br>2020 £46.72 +17%<br>2021 £44.95 - 3.8%<br>2022 £52.60 +17%!!<br>An average of +9%p/a is way above the average UK inflationary rates (on average) during those years (apart from just recently this month this year),so this is not going down too well with me as a loyal client over the last 9 years!<br>If this increases again at this rate in 2023, I may sadly have to look elsewhere to another practice with my private insurance (which incidentally cost me & my insurance company well over £1000 last year), for 2 dislocated toes, of which only one was apparently repositioned properly with the other with reluctance to proceed any further, apparently due to the delicacy of a further operation.

My cat lily was taken to st Anne's vets in Eastbourne this evening as she had trouble urinating. Had a thorough examination and after an anti inflammatory injection was able to return home again. Given excellent advice regarding the possibility of lily having cystitis and given some medicine. Thank you St Anne's for your reasurrance and your dedication to your work.
