Mozete vziat svoju rodinu a psa.

This has been here for quite a while now so just seems so natural to be part of the surroundings with shops and restaurants to choose from as well as plenty of parking

Enjoyable wander with the family here, but you can tell it's starting to get old. Not everything is as sparkly new as it was.

Still lots of restaurants and shops and boats. Still good to stroll round.

Always an enjoyable place to visit. The good variety of restaurants and eating venues add to the casual and relaxing continental atmosphere, as do the many yachts and dingys moored nearby.

Everyone wanted a flat here at the start but prices fell apart and selling here became very very difficult. Flats were let to people who did not have any money and although the Marina still had boats the area began to feel quite downmarket.

I have a friend who nearly bought here a few years ago but had the sense to ask around first and was warned off by local people who knew of the problems.

Still a good place to stop for coffee or a meal as some of the food available is good and worth a visit.

Not a place that I would ever buy though.

Plenty of parking in harbour. Also a good variety of restaurants and a few shops. Boats trips are available.
Worth walking round to the locks to watch the boats go thorough

One of the very best places to sit and relax with a coffee overlooking the marina and just watching the boats bobbing up and down.

We visited on a cold winter day which is not the best time to visit as this is an open air venue. It would be quite pleasant looking at the boats if it was warm. We found a cafe and had a pleasant lunch, but we did not linger.

Looking for food and a cinema, we ended up outside Eastbourne itself at this newly developing centre. Super yachts in the marina, and edgy, interesting foodie places opening up. We loved the 'Spanish' feel of waiters out in the squares inviting you into their places, despite the very cold evening!! Avoid the square with the cinema and Frankie and Bennys along with other generic out of town stores and , and head along towards the yacht club. It bodes well.

In particular The Harbour Grill is very good, food cooked from fresh once you order and most unusually the kitchen is on view to the customers and is spotless.
Lunch excellent value with huge choice of food.
The garlic prawns are just fantastic.

You can walk around in a square, looking at the birds, boats and people watching. It's very dog friendly which is lovely too. It's lovely and flat, plus there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to grab a rest / bite to eat. My favourite is DeLietos, amazing plump sandwiches, quality food and good size portions.
