If I could give it 10 stars I would! Gorgeous cafe, great food and such attentive friendly service it should be the benchmark for all other cafes ..this is how you do it! Even sitting under an umbrella in the rain the staff were still checking in and being gorgeous.

First time visiting skylark, staff was super friendly and looked after us very well, brilliant service. The menu is a little on the small side and it was different than the one provided on the website which was a little frustrating but the food we had was very good. The outdoor seats are great, a good amount of indoor seats as well.

Visited on father's day. Really lovely lunch. Great choice of drinks, choice of roast or brunch. Roast pork was fantastic, chocolate tart to follow, good honest homemade food. Would highly recommend a visit. We were also lucky enough to win the father's day draw and came home with a mini keg of long blonde from longman brewery. Thank you all.

We had an excellent brunch at this cafe/restaurant in Eastbourne. Very friendly staff, an original menu and a relaxed vibe. The breakfast cocktails struck a good balance and the smoothies were inventive. The baked eggs were delicious and the zaatar potatoes went nicely with the vegetarian breakfast. I can imagine this place being very good in the evenings as well.

Easter Sunday lunch - we had both Roast Pork and Roast Beef. Both were excellent, served with plenty of vegetables and Yorkshire Pudding. Highly recommended

Fantastic place to eat!<br>Efficient and friendly service, nice concise menu but still with a range of options. The food was presented beautifully, hot, and delicious. The drinks were amazing as well (smoothie of the day in particular).<br>A great find in the Eastbourne area and I will for sure be booking to go back again soon.
