A rare night out was made extra special at Skylark. All three courses were amazing, and the service was wonderful; attentive without being obtrusive. The whole atmosphere was warm and friendly-we can't wait to go again.

First time at Skylark. Very friendly staff. I would have liked to see some salads on the menu. I had the eggs on mozzarella, peppers, potatoes etc. Whilst quite nice it did seem like a dish made up of leftovers. A bit odd really. Obviously a very popular restaurant with a good atmosphere but more menu choices would be good.

Came in for lunch with a friend. Service was fantastic, very attentive but not overbearing. Relaxed atmosphere. My choice was delicious. Tea served in a pot for one. Friendly. Menu choice was very good, without too many options but enough to choose from. Excellent experience. Thank you.

Friendly service and very good food from a concise menu (about half a dozen options for mains) with locally sourced ingredients. Fish pie excellent, burgers good quality meat and nicely cooked. Great lunch option.

Had a main course of beef bourguignon followed by a delicious white chocolate crème brulé.
Service was friendly and efficient, gods was well prepared and very reasonably priced.
