We were in town for one night only and decided to dine Italian.<br>We hadn't booked but were invited inside and so glad we accepted.<br><br>Very pleasant staff who were helpful and attentive. The menu is a varied selection of meat, pasta and seafood dishes and of course pizza.<br>We had a starter of whitebait with a creamy tartare dip, followed by a main of skinless sea bass in a lemon sauce with an accompaniment of potatoes and courgette.<br>For the wine, a bottle of Pinot Grigio.<br>..and for dessert Panna cotta with raspberry and peach coulis and Baba chocolata with vanilla icecream.<br><br>Very satisfying and recommended.

Fantastic pre theatre dinner! Lovely little authentic Italian restaurant, friendly & attentive staff and delicious food! One of the nicest risottos I've had a very long time, beating even some I've had in Italy! Will be back!

Had a very nice meal at Rosetto and please to learn that all the food even the deserts are made on the premises so well done !!! We Had a 3 course meal for two with a good bottle of wine and coffees all for well under £100 and had a very nice evening so thank you all at the Rosetto restaurant in Eastbourne 👍

First and foremost, wonderful staff. Friendly and pay just the right amount of attention. We were a party of 7 and only 1 of us didn't enjoy his meal. The rest did enjoy their food. Nice ambience too.
