A gem of a find in Eastbourne! We had the most delicious calf's liver which was expertly cooked. Waiters were all friendly, polite and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to dine here again.

Went to Rossetto with my family . We all had different dishes off the menu. We all agreed our food was amazing. And the staff could not do enough for us . The atmosphere was great . What a warm and welcoming place .

We had a wonderful evening at Rosetto last night.<br>Such a friendly atmosphere<br>Close to our hotel, we chose it as it's a small cozy independent restaurant.<br>Service was great, it was our waiter's first night but his Irish humour and warmth was delightful.<br>Food fabulous, we had a variety between us and everything was excellent. Some interesting specials too.<br>Good range of wines<br>Complimentary limoncello or Ameretto with the bill<br>Thoroughly recommend

I had an amazing dining experience at Rosetto Restaurant.From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and seated right away.<br><br>The food was exceptional-I ordered the spaghetti carbonara and it was absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor.<br><br>The service was top-notch-our server, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Even though the restaurant was busy, they made sure we were well taken care of.<br><br>The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and a relaxed atmosphere. We checked out various reviews and many of the restaurants had similar scores so we walked past and looked over a few. Rosetto<br>was one of the smaller restaurants but it looked more welcoming and we weren't disappointed. I had the set menu of mushroom soup, lasagne and tiramisu. Reasonably priced and delicious.

We popped in for an impromptu meal before seeing something at the theatre. The food was amazing, we had a pizza and a chicken in white sauce dish. Both dishes were perfect. The atmosphere was also lovely.

We visit Eastbourne once a year. Lest year we visited Rosetto for coffee and enjoyed it so much we returned for dinner this year. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Food was delicious and wine was good. An excellent experience all round and makes me look forward to next years visit.
