WoW had a Vindaloo and all the trimmings,and I can honestly say that it was the best curry I've ever had in Eastbourne.<br>Will definitely be going in for a sit down meal very soon.<br>Update: been in for a sit down meal.<br>Can honestly say that the food was top notch along with the fantastic service, whilst sitting in a nice contemporary surroundings.

On a short mini break to the area but had to visit this amazing restaurant twice during our stay. Incredibly delicious food, friendly professional service with that extra eye to detail. Possibly the best Indian food I tasted.

Kindly accommodated a family of 5 and baby last minute on a Saturday night despite the majority of tables being reserved. Provided us with a high chair for baby.<br>Very modern with staff taking orders on a tablet, something you don't even see in London.<br>Decor and ambience very good.<br>The restaurant was extremely busy, which is always a good sign, especially in such a secluded and quiet part of the country.<br>Poppadoms presented very well with sauce serving size being very large.<br>Presentation of all food being very good.<br>Went for a lamb shank house special dish for a main. Gteat presentation once again. Taste was wonderful & meat was tender but got a cardamom pod or a slice of cassia in every mouthfull which became frustrating.

Very well presented selection of food. Reasonably priced. Particularly nice poppadoms for eat-in customers which were a fluted shape with a very light texture. Highly recommend.

Exceptional food, very professional and friendly staff giving great welcome and service throughout. Beautifully clean and relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.<br>Cannot fault and will return often!<br>Highly recommend.

One of many visits to Raipur and the most disappointing.<br>It was a quiet Sunday night but rather than getting better service because of that it felt like we were a nuisance distracting the staff from getting on with their chat.<br>Food was ok but I don’t think it justifies the pricing. They could learn a thing or two from Babur where I am today. They used to be the best show in town but now I’d hesitate to go back

The only reason I've not given 5 stars is because I visited this restaurant last weekend with my daughter, and we were served a very poor meal . Poppadoms were not crisp. The chicken in her chicken tikka meal was tough and chewy, and I was served the smallest portion of rice I have ever received.<br>I've been using this restaurant for literally decades and rarely have a bad experience. So this weekend I returned with friends and it was back to service as usual. Crisp Poppadoms, tender meat , great service.<br>The presentation of food is exceptional .

We like the curry house at the nearby Marina in the summer, but thought we'd give Raipur a try based on good ratings. Not at all disappointed. We both strayed from our go-to Indian dishes, tempted by a very interesting menu. Food was delicious and service very good. Not the best picture - I had the mixed tandoori grill 😋And the bill was reasonable 👍🏻 We shall return...

Erg smakelijke gerechten en vriendelijke bediening. Wij aten wat papadums vooraf en tandoori mixed grill en nilgiri chicken. Vooral het laatste gerecht was heel bijzonder en erg lekker.
