Great place to go for gluten free and straight forward catering. Always great quality at reasonable prices. I see other restaurateurs eating there on many occasions. Speaks for itself really. Try it, you won’t regret it.

Stayed in Eastbourne weekend of 27/28 Feb at the 17 Wilmington Drive B&B (highly recommend by the way.) The B&B owners, kindly booked us (party of 6) a table at the Pomodor e Mozzarella; they also gave us a 10% off meals and drinks voucher to use. So we get to the restaurant and it's heaving, absolutely packed. We were half an hour early and rather than get in the way we popped to the nearest pub for a drink. Returned to the restaurant and table still not quite ready; Maitre D organised a glass of prosecco for our party which was a very nice gesture. Once seated we were also given a basket of rosemary bread as a thank you for our patience - delicious, order it if you visit.
The menu is really extensive, which concerned me a little but needn't have. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was gorgeous. I ordered deep fried Zucchini, which tasted superb, such a simple dish but tasted fantastic. Husband had whitebait, best we've eaten in a long time. Friend had mussels, wonderfully tender, others had bruschetta, fresh and tasty. My main was calves liver, loved, loved, loved it!
The waiting staff were attentive without being a nuisance, really good service. All I can say is go there, you will not be disappointed. Added to the fabulous food was the very pleasant surprise with the bill. I will DEFINITELY return. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We visited this restaurant without a reservation and were very quickly found a table even though it was busy. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were very professional and very attentive and a lovely atmosphere in the room.
Another reason why I have given 5 stars is that my wife is in a wheelchair and the visit could not have been any better. There is a ramp to go in, plenty of room between tables and a very easily accessible disabled loo. My wife unfortunately had trouble holding a glass which smashed on the table but the staff were so quick to move us to a neighbouring table, clear up in record time, make light of the event putting her instantly at ease and producing another drink. This was above and beyond normal service and made our evening. Although we don't live in Eastbourne, on our next visit it will definitely be returning.

Had an absolutely marvellous meal at this restaurant. From start to end the service was attentive and the waiter recommended both dishes and wine to accompany the dishes. Had the luxury of a taster of two of the reds I thought might be right for the peppercorn fillet steak medallions and his choice was correct. As was his choice of the steak. Beautifully served and displayed on the plate matched and provided a foretaste of the excellence of the food. The menu is imposing given the choices but take your time and enjoy that part of the selection process too. Altogether a great find. Will recommend to friends in Eastbourne if they have not been there themselves.

Ten of us had lunch here (8 adults and two children) one of our party was a Vegan.
The menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of food. Our Vegan was delighted with her meal and the choices available.The service was prompt and the food served in good time. The servers were friendly and could not do enough for us.
The quality of the food was excellent.The restaurant has been newly decorated and is very bright and cheerful.
The toilets are clean and well serviced. All in all, this was a most enjoyable experience, the food was good and very moderately priced.
We will definitely return.Enjoy your meal.

I took my partner here for her birthday it was very busy for a tuesday night so a good sign it was going to be a good night we went for the 3 course menu at only £13 a head what a bargain the food was amazing and very large portions the only one thing i would say was the service was a bit slow but apart from that it was a great night will defo go back

Excellent food choices and freshly prepared authentic Italian dishes. Gluten free pizza, pasta and beer available and lots of dishes can be altered to gluten free on request. Gets very busy so booking is best.
Noise levels are high in the restauarant because the sound is not absorbed very well due to size of rooms and poor sound insulation.Easy parking in the street right outside or a quick walk from the town centre, buses and train.
Food is consistently good and service is usually efficient and polite.If you go to the theatre in Eastbourne you may wel find a 10% discount for this restaurant on the back of your ticket

A wonderful, family-friendly Italian restaurant with an extensive menu of varied dishes that did not disappoint.<br>The good was beautifully cooked and presented with superb flavours even to the simple vegetable soup, which was on a par with any that I have experienced elsewhere. The staff were courteous and polite with patience to small children with nothing being too much trouble.<br>Prices are particularly realistic especially bearing in mind the quality of the food.<br>We will visit again when in the area.

We were recommended by our hotel. Was the perfect setting for an early family meal. Food was very quick, fresh and serving sizes were generous. Our one year old particularly enjoyed her children’s pasta - although too big for her! If I’m being hyper critical staff could of been slightly more attentive but overall very good

This is the second time I have been here. It’s a true locally owned and operated restaurant. When you eat here it’s like you are a part of the family. The food is outstanding. They do any kind of Italian food imaginable and it is all fantastic! If you’re in Eastbourne, eat here!
