I had dish of olives, minestrone and rosemary bread & a glass of red. It was excellent. Ive been trying to eat "lighter " so this was not my usual type of food choice. I felt perfectly full and the food was beautifully presented and the staff were kind and helpful.

Pomodoro e Mozzarella is an amazing place where you can enjoy the real Italian food!<br>I went there for lunch and I have had a starter; Melanzane Alla Parmigiana, for 8,90 it was DELICIOUS and the portion was very big, Fresh and perfectly cooked! My father choose the lunch menu which costs around 11 pounds and you can have 2 courses. Everything was perfect. The service is a 5 star services, where the staff take care of you all the time the owner is also a lovely person.<br>Highly recommend if you want to taste the original Italian food.

Went here the other night and I was on my own, it was rainy and windy night so I fancied some spicy pasta and this place was highly recommended from TripAdvisor,and restaurant was full off regular customer and I really enjoyed what I ordered, I will be back for sure. Thanks

Visited whilst staying over for one night in Eastbourne and just wanted to find somewhere that looked nice and hopefully Incould get a good meal. Very warm welcome when I entered and my waitress was very quick to take my drinks order and to return when I was ready to order my meal. I ordered a salad and Pizza Gorganzola. It all arrived promptly and I must say was very very nice. The pizza had amble topping to it and tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a lovely authentic Italian restaurant to visit.

I came here because I heard very positive things about it. I ordered a pizza and it was delicious . The staff are always very very friendly and happy to help. It is a very nice place and I'm so glad i came here. I only have one criticism, the menu is like a book. But a 100% amazing .

I thought I had already done this, but any here we go. We were in Eastbourne to celebrate our 10th anniversary and having been really disappointed by our meal the previous night in a different restaurant we saw the Pomodoro and decided that we would try it as it looked inviting and busy. Turns out it was a great choice. We hadn't booked but they found us a table for 2 without any issue despite it being packed. The staff were fantastic. Buzzing around, looking manic but at the same time under control and very polite. There was no rushing the customers though which was good. Our food was wonderful and the overall experience thoroughly made up for the night before at a different establishment. I'd highly recommend the Pomodoro.

I came here for my mums surprise 60th. We had the function room downstairs and it was very spacious and held all her family and friends.
I pre ordered everyone's food a few days before, to make it easier and I have to say the staff worked really hard and everyone got what they ordered and it was piping hot and very tasty. We didn't have to wait between courses. I can't express how friendly and accommodating the staff were.
It was a brilliant night and I would like to thank the staff for making the night extra special for my mum. I would highly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed, its great value for money. Thank you!

They make some seriously excellent pizza here. The roast chicken was fantastic as well. We got a jug of tap water for free. Meals are reasonably priced and good-sized. The staff was friendly, too. It was really full but they managed to squeeze us in, even though we had no reservation.

We are staying in Eastbourne area for a few days and we were recommended to try this Italian Restaurant. We were not let down. The place was buzzing when we arrived on Sunday evening but we were given a table straight away. With so many customers I knew that the food must be good and I wasn't wrong. We picked food from the basic menu and were very pleased with our sea bass and lasagna dishes followed by tiramisu and profiteroles. Very good value. The staff were efficient and worked as a team to ensure good service at this busy time.
Overall.. 10 /10. PS: much better food that Rosetto Italian restaurant.
