Park was great but a couple of timing issues, booked to see Santa for 16:00 but didn't get in till 16:20 as at least 3 families were booked at 16:00 also.

Absolutely love paradise Park. At times it feels like someone a bit mad it, but in a good way. Took the kids to see santa there this year and it was such good value and the team really made every child feel special. Got to play darts with an angel, explore his workshop, got some one on one time with santa and a quality gift to take home. Plus just always nice to visit paradise Park anyway, kids could spend all day in the softplay alone

The food was good and fresh tasting with medium portions. The garden centre was a bit pricey but beautifully decorated.

We took our kids to paradise park aglow. The gardens looked amazing with all the lights. The train ride was brilliant. The cafe staff weren’t all that interested in serving people, which was a little frustrating which is the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars

We go here regularly. Sometimes with the kids but often just adults for a lovely lunch. Food is excellent. Love mooching around for ages looking at plants and gifts. Lucky this is on our doorstep

Came on a wet and windy day with the kids. They loved the exhibition through time and about our planet. Once at the soft play they had a great time. Whilst the exhibition and soft play are included in the price, due to the weather it wasn't possible to take advantage of the outside, which did make it a bit expensive all in. On top of that, the arcade games etc. charge. Can however go out to the garden centre etc. and come back in again, which was good. Food at the café tasty and the kids lunch box good. The garden centre has lots on offer, some prices more reasonable than others. There is also a little miniature railway to ride for a couple of quid. Waited for a break in the rain and then had to wait 45mins for the train to arrive, despite chasing several times and being assure it was coming. Not great with young children getting restless, but they did get their ride, mostly before the rain started again.

Great day out for the kids. They loved the soft play but the miniature train was a bonus. They even enjoyed the educational walk that you can do on the way in with lots of bits about dinosaurs, fossils, rocks and the oceans. In fact they found it more fascinating the second time round. The soft play area is great with several separate areas for different age ranges. They have lots of games machines and ride in cars etc that you can go on that you need tokens for. Each machine either takes one pound or others take two tokens which is 50p. Great day out with plenty to do even in the rain but there is a large outside area so we will be back in the summer. The garden centre is good as well with lots of products and the food in the cafe is great. Large cake selection for the win!

We visited a couple of days ago and it was a full day out! 6 hours of fun, playing and learning.
My son (5 years) loved the museum, soft play and the gardens with the play areas.
The only reason it loses a star is because it's not massively friendly for disabled children. My 16 month old who is unable to walk, sit or stand had nothing to play on.
Othwrwise an amazing day out.
