Visited here for lunch. The restaurant was very busy and noisy as the children were all off school due to the teachers strike. The food was good and reasonably priced.

I have 7 and 9 year old boys and this was our 3rd visit. They love it every time. The good thing about it is that even if the weather is not good, they still have plenty to do indoors! I reccomend it, good day out.

Lots to see and do for kids. Coffee at softplay quite good and cheaper than the high st. Great for young ones and gardeners...oh and some nice fossils and historical journey of Sussex.

It’s a fairly well equipped centre that has a great play area both indoors and out for young kids. There is also a really interesting dinosaur and space walk, again for the younger set. Perfect place to entertain the kids for a few hours. The cafe serves decent enough food, in line with what you would expect, but it can get horrendously busy at times so be prepared for a wait. The farm shop attached is small and I think it would benefit from a larger offering. Facilities are always clean which is a big plus.

Great selection of plants and ephemera. Unfortunately there's a lot of tat as well. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Will certainly come here for anything related to plants and gardens than any other place within 20 miles of Eastbourne.

Huge garden centre with a very popular restaurant, maybe the table and chairs are a little squashed but that doesn't seem to put off the customers. Something for everyone here, you'll find it hard to leave empty handed

I’ve been taking my children here for 16 years .Yes it’s pretty much the same never really refurbish I think in many years the inside look like it’s from the 80s but that’s actually what I love about it it’s way more natural and would have been disappointed if it had changed .It’s a great price to get in and carers go free .A full fun few hours definitely still best for 1-8 year olds though it would be much a shorter visit with older children.

Wanted to go on the miniature railway with my little girl but it was broken... Gardens are quite nice but it was very very busy.. Soft play quite small would be better for her when she's a bit older
