Wanted to go on the miniature railway with my little girl but it was broken... Gardens are quite nice but it was very very busy.. Soft play quite small would be better for her when she's a bit older

Beautiful sparkly Christmas Aglow event. Highly recommended! Good value for money. Access via cafe for train ride and Aglow garden walk. Cafe serves drinks, chips and cakes until event closing. Purchase train tokens by cafe.

Good parking for all and toilets accessible for all ! All forms of payment accepted here. Loads of plants and also non garden/gardening products sold here. Restaurant is very good. I do have one major criticism....... dog's were in the restaurant, this is a major bug bear for me and will cause alot if criticism but I find it totally unacceptable. On the whole it's ok

The food was nice, but a bit too expensive. Service was good though. Play areas were great for the grand children especially the dinosaurs. Overall a great day out

So it's a garden centre, with a space and earth museum, and exotic plants, and a dinosaur safari, and huge fish to feed, and an outside trail of local landmarks, and a Japanese garden and huge play areas with a soft play. Oh, and a train.
Such a random mix but it works and we love it!!

This is a magical place for young families, and the not so young.
To start with a large flat car park leading you to a large garden centre with all that you'd expect, plants, gifts, greenhouses, sheds, but also a very good quality restaurant to eat in or outside with the magic of a miniature train ride which isn't expensive.
The best part tho is that at the entrance you have a choice, either free entry to the garden centre or paid entry to
