I went into paper lane today to get a few bits for my daughters 16th birthday and I must say.. the service I received was amazing the man I think he might of been the manager not too sure but anyway he was very helpful, friendly, and it was a very pleasurable shopping experience a 5🌟 service Thank you very much.. really made my day 👍🏼

Great shop with lots of cards, balloons and party things but that's not why it gets 5*. The chap who served me today was so helpful, polite, friendly and welcoming. No question was left unanswered and even though he was mega busy as he was on his own, he helped everyone quickly and efficiently.

I had a gender reveal on the 19th and I left paper lane in charge of my reveal box only taking an envelope to them with the gender!! they did an amazing job! not one compliant they presented the box and decorated it and also delivered it to my destination. AND FOR A VERY GOOD PRICE!!! I am forever grateful for the staff at paper lane for making my day perfect!!

I had a last minute emergency trip to paperlane. The team there were amazing. The gentleman who dealt with my request was super helpful, he included my 4 year old son including getting him to help with the balloons by pressing the inflate button. All around the experience was affordable and not just unstressful but pleasant. I can't recommend paperlane enough.

Fantastic service! Walked in bought some balloons and they made them up there and then. They have a wide variety and colour of balloons, weights and ribbon. 100% recommend for any occasion!
