Just a quick email to thank your team for sorting out my car insurance, Jake Mills was very helpful and had a real knowledge of specialist cars, he was polite and made regular contact over the few days that the policy was at the under writers.
Although the quote wasn’t the cheapest I received, the service was great and that made the difference, I would recommend your team to other and will be in contact when my other cars need insurance.

What a fantastic individual you have working for your organisation. Jake Mills, professional, courteous , friendly and above all accomplished. I’m truly impressed in the way this, (young) gent has conducted himself throughout the interactions I have had with your organisation.
He has maintained a fantastic level of contact throughout the entire transaction. Even when he was unavailable his colleague Daniel Lavender was fully informed of what actions needed to take place to proceed, (another great individual and asset you have in your organisation).
I would appreciate it if you could pass on my desire to wish both of these gentlemen the greatest success with their careers, (I feel that no luck will be required).

One Answer Insurance did my house contents insurance for me, they offered a much more comprehensive policy than I had previously had with my bank and because I went into the branch in Polegate I felt like all my questions were answered, the man that served me in the branch was friendly and I even got a cup of tea! I would recommend One Answer Insurance to anyone who wants good service and to trust the price.

I used 1 Answer Insurance in Polegate for our public liability insurance, van and car insurances, on each occasion they have dealt with me swiftly (important as I don’t get much time) and thoroughly without ever charging me over the top. To add to what I have said the staff are always friendly and sorting out my insurance is one of the chores I don’t mind doing!

We have used the same company for years for our business insurance 'just because it was easier than changing' and we decided to actually shop around for a deal this year. Having had a few recent changes to our company we were finding it difficult to search online for what we now needed. I had the pleasure of visiting the Polegate office to renew my public liability insurance policy. The team very friendly, knowledgeable and "talked in my language" I got a better deal than my renewal offer and I am even more confident I am in safe hands with them. I was looking to insure my son , so that I could teach him to drive in his own car and was ‘losing the will to live’, when by chance a member of your team in Eastbourne suggested I phoned the office for a quote.
I did , not expecting too much, but was very pleasantly surprised.
They gave me a verbal estimate and let me think about it, contacted me when agreed some three days later and I arranged it all on the phone.
I signed some papers and provided copies of driving licenses and am NOW and will remain a HAPPY One Answer Customer .
The other insurance companies kept calling and got quite upset and rude, which has made me even less likely to use anyone other than One Answer in the future and I am telling all I can to contact One Answer for their insurance needs.

Through a local recommendation I approached One Answer Insurance for a quote for my House & Contents insurance, the agent paid me a personal visit to explain my options, from this I made a £250 plus saving.
