My experience was initially poor as result of the 25 minute wait. However, the communication skills demonstrated by Steph were excellent. Her attitude quickly dissolved my dissatisfaction of having to wait.

Very professional, Very friendly , very helpful, one or two occasions I've been a tad late for personal reasons with my details during renewal, Very hard to beat the renewal price I have had to look Very hard to beat the price and that's not with the added bonuses that come with one answers such as windscreen cover etc.

At the start of my application, I did not enjoy my experience with 1 Answer Insurance. Information requested to support my application was ignored, duplicitous and often followed by threats to cancel my insurance. I was initially told 'at my age I was a risk-free driver, no points and 9 years NCB' yet my problems continued for a month until I spoke with Christina Rushworth who within two days managed to convey to the underwriters what Bashir failed to do from day one. If she hadn't succeeded, I was prepared to take my business elsewhere. Whether I'm completely satisfied depends on if you send me my insurance policy any time soon.

Getting back to work in the new year always means time to renew my insurance. For many years now One Answer have looked after my car insurance matching and on occasions beating online comparison websites! I phoned 1 answer for commercial van insurance, I spoke to a lovely guy named Bashir Boudehane. HE WAS AMAZING after a few false start dates for insurance to start which was my fault he got Everything sorted for me. I can't fault Bashir for his work ethic, he's a credit to the company. From my interactions with Bashir I'd recommend this company

I have recently encountered difficulties with my current insurer. Without going into all the details I will say that had it not been for the staff at your office, going way above and beyond to help resolve my situation, I would not be in a position to use my vehicle to get to work and pay the bills. Steph White, Ben and Jordan absorbed much of my stress, they took the time to understand my situation and the potential consequences of me not being able to get insurance, and went out of their way to help me get insured. They took the time to listen to my concerns, more importantly I felt that they were hearing me. As a customer (in general) we don't often get the level of help and attention that I have received from your staff, both on Friday and today. I would like to thank Steph, Ben and Jordan for helping me in a way that is difficult to put into words. Thank you for resolving my very uncomfortable predicament. I would also like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a Peaceful Year ahead x

I would like to say a massive thank you to rob!! I was looking around for car insurance for months, due to being on a ban, and all the prices I was getting were 4K+. After speaking to rob, he listened to my situation, and didn’t stop until he found me a quote that was under the 3K mark, and he did!! I cannot thank him enough for the time he took, into helping me, and thank you to you, I am now able to drive again. You honestly don’t understand how appreciative I am!
