Staff are always polite and patient however I was shocked that when I moved from an address in Eastbourne to an address in hailsham I was charged an additional £150 which at the time was fine but yesterday I moved from the address in hailsham back to the same address in Eastbourne 2 and half years later and through the same insurance company and they wanted an extra £148 and after complaining they did knock £32 off but I still was shocked and had no choice but to pay it.
