Came in at 9pm on a Friday night after travelling. Turned away from another restaurant, so came here. Food was cooked to perfection, service was spot on and it was a great experience to see the open kitchen up so close and personal.

First time to dine and loved it. Service to food top class. Restaurant itself is small and open kitchen with lovely Turkish decor. Dips with Fresh bread was amazing. The mains were delicious and proportional. Definitely going again when in Town.

When I first looked at the menu I thought oh dear this will cost me. It was so worth it, easily the best food I've ever had, amazing wine and the friendliest staff. I wish I lived closer as I would return again and again.

Lovely meal and wonderful service. Delicious food cooked on the grill and they have excellent extraction so even sitting near by you don’t come out smelling of grilling. They easily adapted the food for me to be dairy free and to leave out the bread so had a really wonderful meal. Great quality meat and well cooked. Complimentary snacks.

I visited Mezze when visiting Eastbourne on my weekend escape.<br><br>>> Service 👨🍳- from the very first moment we felt very welcomed and taken a good care of. The waiters were very attentive, smiling, kind and professional throughout our visit.<br><br>Food 🍅 - right in the beginning we got a complimentary freshly baked Turkish bread and a selection of other snacks. The food was overally really good, giving a home food vibe and we could see it being prepared by the staff at the back of the venue (where they were chopping, cooking, grilling and also interacting with the customers).<br><br>Atmosphere 🔮 - small venue but nice, dimmed yellowish light made us feel really cozy and relaxed especially as it was quite windy outside.<br><br>I'd recommend Meze to anyone visiting Eastbourne as it turned out to be a hidden gem for me that probaby more people should know of.

We went with friends on a Monday at lunchtime so it was fairly quiet. The food was delicious and the service was very good, we were looked after without feeling harassed.

Sub par food, expensive and portions are not that big, we ordered the meze platter to share and the chicken pieces were so tiny they were smaller than my fingers. Prices for a platter like this would be cheaper in London, would not recommend, just go to the cheaper kebab shops around the corner.<br><br>Service however is good.

Booked our table for 9pm and we arrived early at 8.30pm and they were very accommodating. Service was impeccable and food was excellent. You can see your food being cooked in front of you. All fresh produce

Service was really good, one young man appeared to be doing all the running about. He was friendly, polite, and very helpful.<br>I found the restaurant quite small, it's an open kitchen with even the chef on a chair.<br>Had a free pitta and some dips to start. The starters were amazing. Absolutely love spicy turkey sausage, served on tomatoes. My friend had feta in pasty. Absolutely amazing!<br>The main courses were very good, freshly cooked and full of flavour. Chicken was really good, pipping hot and definitely worth it.<br>For pudding, we shared one, so sweet but really good.

Had a train day trip to Eastbourne today for something to do. Very pleasantly surprised at the town. Lovely walk along the front.<br>This restaurant was an absolute 5 star place. From the initial welcome all the way through it was excellent. Fabulous food and much more than we could eat so took the remainder home. Lovely atmosphere inside, great staff and service. Thoroughly recommend

Fabulous food in the centre of Eastbourne. We have been several times over the last few years and the service and quality of food is always excellent. Great wine selection, complimentary breads and a huge variety of authentic dishes, recommended for anybody wanting exceptionally tasty food and a relaxed atmosphere!

Fantastic restaurant for authentic Turkish food, with a clay oven and barbecue open grill. Very friendly, passionate staff. The food was cooked to perfection. Got complimentary bread, olives and feta cheese to start. For mains, we had the lamb with vegetables and bulgur and lamb kebab. Big portions, very tasty!

We had a very warm welcome and enjoyed our visit. The food was freshly cooked and our waiter was friendly. Found the price a bit high, especially for the lamb as the portion was small. A very nice restaurant though.
