Came here with family a few weeks ago. Lovely food, very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Had escargots and a tuna carpaccio dish, both of which were delicious! Would love to see some additional BeerMe beers on tap (i.e. Blonde and Tripel) at some point in future. Also, if steak tartare happened to be on the menu I'd be coming here every week :-) A lovely addition to Pevensey Bay - will be back!

From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and the friendly service continued throughout the evening. The food was really tasty ( my husband had the meatballs for a starter and we both had the lamb on flatbread for our mains) and we were both so full we couldn’t eat a dessert. As it was a Wednesday evening, it wasn’t very busy and Adriana found time for a little chat when she served us which made the visit more personal.

We love Massilia bay great food great service made welcome. All staff are so friendly and nothing is too much. Food tastes amazing never had bad meal is one of our favourite places to go our kids love their pizzas and ice creams would highly recommend great Resturant to have in Pevensey bay xx

Car park yards away, so very convenient. Outdoor and indoor seating. All food including bread baked on site. We had 2 course lunch for £10 each . Beautiful presentation, fantastic flavours. Friendly and welcoming staff who evidently take pride in their bistro. Highly recommend.

We had a friendly welcome when entering the restaurant, which was bright and authentically decorated. Service was quick and attentive. Food was fairly priced, and very good quality. I ordered a seafood pizza, and I was very impressed. Massalia Bay definitely have the best pizza in the Eastbourne area! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great food, reasonable prices, and wonderful atmosphere. I've worked for Greg for years before at the previous establishment (Belgian Cafe) and have never had a complaint both professionally and while being served. Wish I could visit more often but I live overseas, however, it is always a highlight of my time in the UK and I look forward to it every time!

Amazing French/ Mediterranean cuisine and friendly, interesting hosts. My 10 year-old daughter also loves it here. Hope this place does well, give it a try.👍

vous voulez passer un moment agréable au Massilia bay c'est le bon endroit à Pevensey très proche de Eastbourne . Une ambiance simple et décontractée , le personnel très agréable et pour finir une très bonne cuisine du choix et très bon pour y avoir dîner plusieurs soirées. De très bonnes pizzas et les menus méditerranéen vont vous ravir. Un endroit à découvrir merci Greg et Stéphane je reviendrai.

Have wanted to try this place since they opened and was not disappointed. It is cleverly designed and offers an exciting menu (that French restaurant near the Italian border). The service was excellent and the food delicious; good value. Thank you, we will return.

I needed to drink a nice beer and eat a comforting pizza tonite, after a long working day and I found my place at Massilia Bay. It was lovely and I am really happy I went all the way from Eastbourne to Pevensey Bay where the restaurant is located. I had a long chat with Greg, the restaurant owner and also good friend of mine. It is always a pleasure to meet him and to see how passionate he is about food. I loved to spend the evening there and staff were great as well in their work and dealing with clients. A good place where to eat and be with friends.

Had a great meal, delicious pizza, meatballs were amazing. Sadly not enough room for dessert. Sangria was lovely too. Staff friendly and very accommodating.
