Visited last Friday with the Mrs and had a lovely evening. Decor is very warm and nostalgic of my trips to France. The food was also excellent, we had a mixture of starters and mains. The lamb dish was superb couldn't of done better myself. Being a chef I often come away dissatisfied but not here. We also enjoyed the cocktails. Overall a great evening and am sure this place will be the hotspot in pevensey during the summer.

Has got to be the best restaurant on the south coast. We had the best mussels sourced from Scotland and local fish. The whole family enjoyed the ambiance ages from 7 to 80.Brilliant staff and great food.

Massilia Bay is a gem in Pevensey Bay and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our special occasion. Delicious French cuisine with an authentic wine list, indulgent deserts, hospitable staff and lovely decor.

Fabulous food, staff very friendly, service great. The Pulled Lamb was to die for. A lovely little place just near the beach. I look forward to returning again soon

We were a little disappointed after hearing good reviews from friends. Service was very welcoming, however it took over 2 hours for us to have a starter and main course, despite the restaurant seeming quiet at the time. When the food arrived it was satisfactory, but somewhat lacking in presentation and we would have preferred a greater quantity; we left slightly hungry despite having a starter and main, which came to around £50 for two people plus £30 for drinks. A friend of ours had the pizza which looked good, and we would come again if it was just for pizza, but not for a special occasion or the set menu.

What a treat on mothers' day to discover this little gem! Delicious food, first class service and a nice ambience.
Would recommend two things in particular, the fish soup was amazing and the pasta dish cooked to perfection.

What an absolute gem of a restaurant! Went for my husband’s birthday, each had a starter and main, and shared the BEST crepe for pudding.
Walked in having booked and Adriana wished my husband happy birthday the moment we entered. She made it extra special bringing over lemon cello for us after dessert and snapping our photo with their Polaroid.
Absolutely delicious, brilliant service, and insanely good prices (less than £50 for all the food, including fish specials), we will be back very soon!!

A great location near the beach at Pevensey Bay. The staff are very welcoming and the food was good, the pizzas in particular look amazing. It was quite busy for the time of year so has obviously become a popular restaurant for locals.

Visiting in Pevensey Bay. Looking for an Italian takeaway and we found Massilia Bay. Ordered at the restaurant and felt very welcomed. Stefan was a great host and we had a really good chat whilst waiting for the food. Pizzas were awesome! Great to feed a family of five and we would be back again!

We visited as a family of 10, plus a dog. There was a great atmosphere and we were made to feel especially welcome by all of the staff. The food was superb (with dietary requirements catered for) and all drinks, including cocktails enjoyed too. Small touches like a bowl of water for the dog and dog ice cream were very much appreciated. All of us enjoyed our evening and would highly recommend a visit!
