A very lovely restaurant indeed! Because of one of my friend's recomendation, i tried it one time, and everything went perfect!
I realy dont have anything negative to say, the ambiente was impeccable, the service was fast, it had very polite waiters and the menu's variety was preaty good either. I realy recomend going to it in the afternoon or after work, the sunset together with with the beach realy make the place.

massilia bay offers fantastic roast dinners, chicken, pork, turkey and lamb. All were fantastic. we went for father’s day and the atmosphere was amazing. lovely music in the background. amazing service! we will be back.

Recommended to us by friends and it did not disappoint. Great food - well worth visiting for anyone in the area (we drove 25 mins to get there). Friendly owners and welcoming staff. The fried squid, bouillabaisse and pizzas were delicious. Easy parking too.

Came to Massilia Bay for a pizza night. It was 2 for 1 on Pizza’s, Pizza’s were exceptional, great quality, Aioli is to die for!!
Staff are so friendly, really proactive and check in regularly to make sure you are ok! Greg the owner is so welcoming and Adriana is brilliant at her job and makes you feel so welcome! They can’t do enough for you! We will definitely be back!!

Been wanting to try this restaurant for ages and went for an impromptu lunch. Was immediately greeted by the very friendly Greg. Made me feel very welcome as I was dining alone. Such a breath of fresh air to have lovely fresh different food from the average boring menus around The smoked salmon was to die for. Can't wait to go back for the Friday fish night.

The food was fabulous and well priced, we had a mixture of the fish menu and a la carte and all dishes were lovely and highly rated by our group. Lovely friendly service and very accommodating and relaxed.

Perfect restaurant , love the atmosphere , SUPER DOG FRIENDLY, they even offered my dog some food , super kind waitresses , food was on another level , Even Gordon would be shocked, GO ESPECIALLY ON WEDENSDAY YOU GET 2 FOR 1 DEAL ON PIZZA. But overall , super kind and helpful , dogfriendly , big portions.

Gorąco polecam MASSILIA BAY - bardzo dobre jedzenie, przygotowane ze świeżych składników, dobrze doprawione. Na uwagę zasługuje również obsługa - bardzo miłe osoby, z dużą serdecznością podchodzące do klientów, uśmiechnięte. Każdego, kto będzie w Pevensey Bay, zachęcam do skorzystania z oferty Massilia Bay! Fantastic evening at Massillia bay, delicious food and great quality, good value for money, the restaurant has a wonderful ambience, we enjoyed the rib eye steaks on steak night, thank you to the great service from Greg and the team they were all so attentive and took the time to have good conversation with us which made our evening, We will definitely be back and would highly recommend! Great range of Spanish beers too 10/10

This was so tantalisingly close to being lovely.....Wednesday night is pizza night here but we'd had lunch out and didn't need a 'doughy' dinner! We really should have had the pizza.....or we should have been told that not having pizza would be a problem. Booking our table for 7 we arrived and service was great, our drinks came quickly. We then ordered and sat quite comfortably for 45 mins. We appreciate that good food, cooked to order, takes time. Other people got their pizza. We waited. We asked for tap water. It didn't come. I went to the bar for it. No problem. It was my husband's birthday. ( Which I'd mentioned in the online booking) We'd had champagne on the beach. We were relaxed. No problem. At 8.05 we were a bit peckish! I went to the bar and the staff's stress levels were through the roof. I didn't complain. I just wanted to make sure our order had gone through. We weren't just sitting there with no one any the wiser! Two minutes the chef called. Fine we thought. The food came and was delicious. I had the burger. My husband had pulled lamb on flatbread. He got lamb on toast but it was lovely. When we paid the waitress apologised. Staff shortages etc. Fine. We don't need to know the stresses. A bowl of olives and an "I'm sorry for the delay " would have been fine. An offer of dessert or gelato or even coffee would have changed this 3* rating. Experienced restrauters don't get stressed and make excuses. We don't need that stress laid upon us. We just need to be reassured. Fed. Pampered a little bit. Or....just say it's only pizzas on Wednesdays!

After a long walk on the beach and then towards Pevensey castle my wife and I ended up here, which is very close (stones throw from the beach) and had a great pizza and garlic bread for lunch. Lovely Mediterranean vibes. An absolute hidden gem.
Talked to the lovely and helpful owner who said the dough was freshly made that day, which you could definitely taste.
Will definitely be back and try some of their seafood/pasta and dessert options.

We were staying in the area and wanted something different to eat so we went to Massilia Bay. We had pizza for lunch one day and I had the Bouillabaisse the next day. Both amazing. I would recommend this restaurant.

Wow, what a fabulous surprise. The photos on their website really don’t do this cozy eatery the full justice. Ambient, attentive, atmospheric, A class - and then there’s Adrianna. What an exceptionally professional, engaging and personable lady with amazing “juggling” skills. She’ll laugh when she sees this 🍾 The concise but varied menu gave us a difficult choice to make for dinner. Plumped for the snails (the correct cutlery as well) and, as it was 2-4-1 Pizza Wednesday, we had a pizza a piece, with our uneaten slices being taken home by two very full and satisfied customers. We’re defo coming back. Oh, and the complimentary Limoncello was a bonus. Petra and Steve
