Rob did a nice, tidy job of the installation, especially considering it was a bit tricky because he had to thread the cable through a tree. He also explained everything very helpfully and was a thoroughly nice chap!
Once it was all hooked up, I was impressed to see the symmetric 150Mbps download and upload, just as advertised. A vast improvement from my previous ~19Mbps broadband!

We had our installation today so I can’t say anything about the quality of the broadband service. However, the installation team of Connor, Dom and Robbie were excellent. They turned up on time, did a very neat job and left the system working well. Recommended!

I had to wait for six months to be connected, so that I feel was pretty bad service.
That being said the two fellas that carried out the installation were very good , they got on and completed the connection, well done guys 👍

Follow-up to recent review:
After my review about recent appointment issues, I received a call from Lightning Fibre on Monday morning. They apologised and arranged another appointment for Tuesday afternoon which they assured me would happen. The engineer attended as promised and was helpful and professional, replacing the ONT for the 2.5Gb upgrade.
Following the ONT replacement, I waited until Thursday morning before opening a new ticket to check on the status of the upgrade. The speed upgrade was processed and activated within about an hour of the ticket being raised.
The internet service itself remains excellent with consistent speeds and reliability, while their internal processes and communication show that there's some room for improvement.
I'm impressed with how remarkably fast the upgraded speed is and very happy with the performance. I'd love to leave five stars but the upgrade process wasn't particularly smooth, so I can only give four stars.

Very good experience so far. The service was set up a week earlier than originally scheduled. The installation team were excellent.too early to judge the speed and reliability of the service but I am optimistic!

The Engineers Conor and Rob were very efficient and had tidy working practice. They sorted out the connection and helped set up a couple of devices to our new Internet router. We now have a much improved internet speed at about half the price. Very fine.

Be able to pick up and speak to an English speaking person who acts straight away to your problem. Instead of a computer a generated voice or chat box

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and friendly in sorting out the package I needed. The engineers that came to my house where very good in sorting everything out and helping me get everything set up on my new system. They left everything clean and tidy you would not no they had been. From first phone call to installation a great team would highly recommend.
