Lightening Fibre offered a fantastic service to my family. When installing the set up service to my street they extended to include my home when I expressed positive interest. All parts parts of preparing. Was professional fast and tidy. All workmen in the street worked efficiently with little obstruction to pedestrians or traffic. They completed high standards of safety. They were informed and able to answer queries.
Installations to the outside and inside of the property were efficient.
All information to the service installation was fully understandable.
The technical staff are fantastic and responded with personal service to the home when I had a query.
The app which facilitates the system is easy to use. There is immediate contact with staff if I have a question or need help. They are knowledgeable and friendly.
I am so glad they are my provider after years of dreadful service from many others.

Brilliant installation, did everything asked. Polite, professional and mindful of surroundings. I went for the 1gbp service and it is ultra reliable and very fast, plus it's an asynchronous connection so what speed you get down is the same as the upload speed. Well done, keep it local.

Two lovely young men arrived at time stated. Very polite. Etienne and Leon completed the installation efficiently and in good time. I'm very pleased with the work they did both outside and inside. Would recommend company..I will give them 5 stars but the indicator won't allow!

Just gone live with LF. Its been a joy - every one i have spoken to has been incredibly helpful and really seemed to care. From Connor who took my account live to the installation engineers, Fraser and Lewis who connected things. Great service - all friendly. The visible commitment to local community is the cherry on top - makes it a pleasure to do business with them.

I have had fibre installed for a couple of months and I love it (as do the 3 teenagers in the house).
My modem stopped working at 8:30 this morning and the engineers popped in to replace at 10:30!
I would never get this service from BT or another national company.
So impressed and grateful.

Louis, Fraser and Leon have just left having set up Lightening Fibre in our house. The guys were great and did an excellent job, not only with a neat installation, but checked everything was working on our phone and main computer before leaving. Highly recommend this company - and the broadband speed is just wonderful.

Today I got my Lightening fibre BB installed by superb guys. They completed the work with in 2 hours and explained to me very clearly what they were doing. They supported me to decide where to place the router and how to make the best use of the service. The speed was super fast as advertised and I was paying the same amount of money for many years (30Mb service which frequently get cut off). Many thanks for Lewis and Fraser.

Within a few days of applying I was connected.
The install guys turned up on time arranged an access platform as I am on the second floor and now I am connected at maximum mbs.
Running speed test in the past would have the line bouncing between 5 and 15 , now it just Max’s out 100+

Over the years I have been very frustrated by the download and upload speeds I had been getting from my provider. Decided to try lightning fibre and to my surprise they proved to be brilliant sales installation and after sales. Now getting super fast speeds and very satisfied. Nothing to much trouble.

What a fantastic outfit. They put the fibre tubes along our block in just over a day with minimal disruption. (contrast the other fibre provider clogging the roads of Eastbourne). When there was a delay with the service going live I was given a months free internet.
On go live day, the installers arrived on time, involved me in planning the route and were happy to educate the nerd in me in the whole fibre installation process. I hadn't appreciated that they 'blow' the fibre down the tube all the way to the cabinet a hundred yards or so along the road.

We have been having difficulty to gain reasonable quality broadband through out the house. So we were able to take advantage of the long awaited service right into the house, boosted by output of a two repeater mesh system, using the same signal as the base modem.
After just 2 hours of high tech installations and a running set up with explanations, we were left with, we now know, to be a system that really worked!
And all helped by Leon and Fraser recognising some of the challenges of the instillation and working extra hard to meet them.

I've been waiting for this to arrive and it finally got here.
Communication with the firm has been good and their installers Etienne and Jose were great despite the demands I made of them(I hate seeing wires/cables).
