Great overall... the teams installing the fibre from the main to the house did so really quickly and with little disruption, they fitted it where I wanted it and as I requested without issues. All have been polite and friendly.

Totally professional from start to finish. Tom the sales guy was helpful, polite and truthful from beginning and the installation chaps were also extremely professional, polite and respectful. 100% Brilliant- the process, team and install were amazing. If you have children who play games and get moaned at about ping and they are lagging then make the move. I have all devices running at 900mbs. This is fibre to the home and not fibre to the box( which is what everyone else sells). Throughly worth while doing.

I am getting > 940 Mbps upload and download. This is probably the fastest domestic connection you can get in Eastbourne. On Speedtest.com the ping time is 4 mS
