Setup was quick and easy, they waived connection fees because i have an odd address which needed more work than their standard rollout to street addresses.
I've had zero issues with connectivity, drop outs or compatability. The speeds produced mean no buffering or loading times for anything even with multiple users connected at once.

Price is ok but does fluctuate with new customer offers. Speed is a bit hit and miss, I'm supposed to be on 500mb but often it's 300-400mb. Still much faster than standard fibre. I was also ment to have 1Gb for a month when I signed up but never got that either. On the plus side haven't had any connection issues as of yet and handles all the gaming being done well.

Recently had Lightning Fibre installed and I can't say enough good things about it. The install team of Etienne and Oscar did a great job, clean, tidy and neat and it didn't take long.
The speeds are incredible! We're a family off four, including gamers and various devices with streaming, as well as needing to work from home running Zoom calls and working from a Cloud Server and our connection is both fast and stable.
I would recommend it to everyone - local service and response to queries is great too. Fantastic!

Superb service from a friendly team. I had been unsure about swapping for awhile now, but finally decided to make the switch after continual problems with Sky. Plus the prices were always going up, so getting Lightning Fibre made sense. Only been a few days, but the difference in internet speed is great! Dan, Ashley, Tony and Matt visited my house and did a fantastic job installing the equipment. They helped me get set up on all of my devices and didn't leave until I was up and running. So to anyone unsure about making the switch, I can highly recommend it!

Now a week into being a fully connected Lightning Fibre customer, I am enjoying the benefits of a much better broadband service. The speeds aren’t perfect in all corners of my house but overall, compared to my BT broadband, the improved connectivity has made the switch worthwhile. Perhaps the best part of moving to Lightning Fibre has been the excellent customer service I have experienced leading up to installation and beyond. I especially want to thank Sam Thomas for taking extra time and care to provide me with all the help, support and information I have requested. His good humour, patience and kindness made all the difference. Thanks Sam!

Ashley and Matt from Lightning Fibre arrived promptly to fit broadband, delays due to cable problem under the pavement were resolved with help from an additional team . Now installed , very impressed with the speed.its akin to having an old car which is fine but you don't realise how bad it was until you buy a newer one.

Ashley & Matt were excellent, they were professional and courteous. They listened to how I wanted the wiring for the installation to go in to the property, gave their advice and then installed it totally to my satisfaction and did an awesome job in making it invisible (no wiring showing) and also cleaned up the mess and they then tested the speed and efficiency of the broadband to make sure it was all running correctly before leaving. I would highly recommend this company and it’s installers, the broadband is currently performing very well and fast.

Matt, Ashley, Tony and Dan fitted my broadband today. They were so polite and went above and beyond to help me. They moved furniture and cleaned up after themselves, I wouldn't have known they had been here. I felt very comfortable in their presence .

Many thanks to installation engineers Ashley, Matt, Tony and Dan! After a number of months of being in touch with the very helpful sales team at Lightning Fibre, the service went live in my street a couple of weeks ago. I was concerned that connecting my large Victorian property to the network would mean a tricky installation. The installation team were extremely professional and thorough. They arrived outside my house before 8.00am yesterday morning and did not leave until 11.30am, once I was completely happy that all the equipment was in the best possible position. The installation was carried out with skill, efficiency, kindness and good grace. The fibre cable was brought in from the street with the absolute minimum of drilling to my property. All internal drilling and fitting was done with minimum disruption and all brick dust contained and cleaned up straight away. It is early days to assess how effectively the broadband signal will reach into all the corners of a large building or how consistent the service will be but early signs are positive. Grateful thanks to a friendly and professional installation team.

Lightning Fibre installation team came to my property to complete my new hyper fast broadband installation. I was very pleased how Jose and Etienne conducted themselves throughout. Saying thanks to Sam and colleagues! I have been in contact with Lightning Fibre for a year now. Despite the practical challenges of creating and laying the fibre network around Eastbourne, the various members of the team I have spoken with have continued to be friendly and helpful, updating me with progress. Over the past few weeks and in preparation for going live in my street, Sam Thomas from the sales team has taken time and care to fully discuss my needs for a home business set up. He has also helped me get my head around the practical challenges of bringing the fibre connection into my large, unusually laid out, Victorian property. Not the easiest space to try bouncing a consistently good broadband signal into every room and corner. He organised an initial site visit from the very knowledgeable Jose, who talked us through the practicalities of the set up. David, Rob, Jose, Sam and colleagues have all helped to get me to this point. We get connected and go live next week!

Being lucky enough to live in an area which has recently had a roll out of Lightning Fibre's full fibre network I decided to upgrade my property's internet connection. All contact with Lightning Fibre's staff - from Ashley on the Sales Team to the guys on the install team, Ashley, Tony and Mike has been friendly and efficient.
I had a specific location in mind for the new fibre connection and the install team did a great job of placing it neatly inside a fitted cabinet. They also treated the property with respect, removing shoes whilst inside etc, and left the place nice and tidy upon completion.
The connection is already reaching speeds way beyond what I have ever experienced (650 mbps + on just wireless...) and all for a price which is cheaper than what I was paying EE for a service which generally maxed out at 75 mbps.

Seen some negative reviews. Here's my take as a new subscriber. Complaint no1, that "no-one asked for this service". Well, I've wanted superfast broadband for some time, so indirectly, I have asked for this service. Complaint no 2, "they have left a mess on the roads and pavements". No - they haven't. It's all been left clean and tidy. Complaint no 3, the support service is poor. No it isn't. They answered my call quickly, dealt with problem and were polite. I would recommend their services.

Rob discussed the various options available and supported me through the whole process after reassuring me of various concerns I was having. A man true to his word. Thanks Rob.
Team of 3 visited my address to install Lightning Fibre, got to say they were courteous, polite and we enjoyed some banter. All three had a great sense of humour and appreciated I worked from home so were really quick on the install, really neat job with little disruption.
