Lovely hotel, four star rating . Agree with that. We were in 201 just been refurbished. Very nicely done. Tea,coffee and hot chocolate including biscuits in room. Bottled water also. Lovely clean and modern bathroom. Staff are friendly. Need to book parking. Lift very small. Had only lunch there but it was very nice. All in all a good stay

Wonderful Sunday lunch. Beef from the trolley or choose Chicken, Lamb etc. Huge portions, nothing is too much trouble for the happy friendly staff. Set price includes 2 or 3 courses, glass of Prosecco or juice on arrival and coffee or tea to finish. Normally a live duo or trio to entertain. Worth every penny. Well done Langham.

I went to visit a friend's of mine and my daughter booked me in at this hotel.
And l am in my 80s and wanted an up grade bedroom and that's what l had.
And found it very comfortable & clean it would be nice to have cups for making not mugs ( please) & TV needs is to small ( needs larger TV).
Food was excellent in resteraunt & bar staff were very pleasant to everyone l seen.
Thank you for making my 3 nights very good indeed.

Lovely room and decent service. Breakfast was sad. Coming from 13 years experience of been chef.
Food clearly been prepared way too far ahead.Greasy and dry. Is chives or dill too much to asked for salmon. Scrambled egg can be cooked under 2 min, never saw anything so dry.
I understand if you facing 500 to 700 guests
but with 100+ I expected a la menu. You offer, a la cart breakfast menu but the presentation is worst than ibis hotel. It's a 4 star hotel and you have reputation, so fixed it. I have a big doubt about person experience, who gave 1 rosettes.
Overall still had a great time and would definitely make it come back location.
