First class service! Staff were helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was a perfect example of cleanliness, the food was amazing and the ambience was everything we needed for a wonderful short break away. Highly recommended and we will return.

Really good stay here. Great well trained staff. Very slick service in the dining room. Only downside is that the rooms are "bijou", probably because it is an old building.

Had a wonderful lunch party for my mum's 70th birthday! Food absolutely delicious and the service outstanding! Everything impeccably clean and to a very high standard. Would highly recommend the Langham Hotel to anyone who is looking for a lunch/dinner party venue.

We've styed at the Langham on three occasions and the hotel sees to get better each time. Not that we could fault it - wonderful seafront location and comfortable rooms, excellent menu, food and staff. We look forward to staying again.

Our family stayed at the Langham over the Bank Holiday Weekend where some of us had just finished a 24 hour gruelling walk for charity. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating from buckets of ice and extra towels to superb room service. The hotel decor was superb and each room carefully thought through from lighting to beds and towels. All immaculate. Cleanliness was faultless and the breakfast spread and service exemplary. It is clear that everyone at this hotel feels a sense of pride to work here and we would not hesitate in recommending it!

Had good 2 day stay at the Kanghan Hotel Eastbourne. Friendly greeting. Easy booking in. Good room. Good breakfast. Nice to be waited on by attentive staff. Had dinner in the hotel one night. Varied menu and enjoyed the meal.

Room large and spotless with sea views. Meals excellent as was the service.
It felt normal though precautions are being taken.

I have always believed that management and owners who lead a team present the greatest service levels.
This was proven at every single level at the Langham Hotel with the Kirby family in charge but always active in the service delivery.
We had 3 nights of utter joy.
The food is amazing, and the service attention is faultless.
This was probably the best hotel service in the UK and we have stayed at such as Gleneagles, so take that as loving.
We will be back, looking to book for new Years.

We live in Eastbourne, on the Marina, and go to the Jazz lunch at the Langham hotel as often as we can. Today the music group were Duality and they were just the best. Music was relaxing and pleasant. The meal was just great,as always. Plenty of staff to serve whilst the quality and quantity of the food left nothing to be desired. If you are either visiting or living in Eastbourne don't miss this place!

Situated right on the sea front, i found this Hotel a very nice experience for a brief 1 night stay. Staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Safety of guests and staff was paramount in these troubled times. My room was a single so quite small, but not too small to complain about. Good bar area. Excellent breakfast, freshly cooked and served to my table. Really nice. Would stay again
