Imagine my disappointment when you couldn't ride the Owls as was advertised.
Still a Cracking day out for all the family at a slightly over egged price

Its good for kids but the staff are a nuisance continually. The obvious progression from a job hear would be the police force! First experience is a person at the gate was arguing with staff, then every ride however basic, the staff are very picky... no drinks, must wait without touching the fence. And btw every gate us locked with a padlocked at entrance and exit... also they stopped the kids going down slides for not having the shoulders and knees covered. They are so picky despite 1000 warning signs around. If you want to spend £50 to see H&S gone extreme then this is the place for you. Program the sat nav, fasten the seat belts and enjoy being policed for the day. P.s. we are yet to get home. We will probably find we have a bus lane ticket or speeding fine for our pram. 🤣

It was quite hot, so most animals were lying in shade, but was lovely to see them. The owl display was great.
There is a lot to do bouncy pillows, boating Lake, water slide, beach zone, chair-o-plane, soft indoor play area and I love the new slides, fortress and simulator.
Plus other attractions that require small additional cost, crazy golf, bunjee trampoline, karts.
Can't wait for high ropes and new zone with the meerkats to open.
Picnics advised but food available is good quality and value, though not much choice for vegans.

A very well kept adventure park with friendly staff. Lot's of animals for tiddlers to see and feed. For the bigger one's there's many play areas. Only negative for me is having to pay for extra rides.

We went for the meerkat experience which was great! The staff are friendly and this place is more suited for young children and families. My only gripe was that the attractions seem to open for 1hr then close for 1hr then reopen for 1hr and so on all day, maybe this was a thing so staff can get around to each attraction? Overall a good half day out.

We got given a gift experience for Meet the Meerkats so booked the experience here as it was the closest to us. The experience was fantastic and Mark, the keeper doing the experience, was very welcoming and friendly. He was very informative and was happy to answer our questions. The reason I've given 4 stars is that there were some areas that weren't open all the time, you had to wait for a specific time slot. The Costa area wasn't open either which seemed unusual on a "peak" day. Otherwise the park is very good, especially for smaller kids as there are many play areas. The lake boat ride is free and there is only a £1 holding charge for the mini golf that you get back at the end. Parking is also free and plentiful which is good.

What a lovely place! We used some buy a gift vouchers for and owl & meerkat experience, one was 10:30 and the other 16:00 yet after the owl one they moved the meerkat one forward so we didn't have to wait. All the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable! So much to do for both kids and adults. All looked really well maintained as well which is rare for those kinds of small animal/adventure places.

Took our grandson on Saturday he loved it as did we , so much to see and do . Good idea to take a picnic with you can buy food but at busy times could be a long wait. There are plenty of good picnic areas. There is everything from the dragons castle petting animals adventure play areas to dino world and so much more. Well worth a visit.

Amazing park with lots of great attractions. This place has almost everything, from littlw farm to great water slides, amazing slides and mini golf, dragon castle and boat rowing and many, many more, and it's really very clean guarded and you feel very safe to have your children wander around and explore.
It was one of the best adventure parks I've been to so far.

Wow what a place! Spent a fantastic day with my three year old. Wasn't expecting to stay all day but there's so much to do (it was an orange day so everything was open). Bring a book, 'cos they'll just be off running around each area. The castle is the most incredible adventure playground I've ever seen.

Really great day put. Seems expensive initially but so much inside to do. Staff are polite and area is really clean. Some rides are extra charge usually 4 or 5 quid but you must get tickets at gift shop, would be an idea to add contactless payment on rides. Expect to queue in busy times. Plenty food outlets and picnic areas. Ample parking on site. Really recommend Knockhatch as an around fun family day out.

My eldest is 7 and we've been to quite a few attractions. This is one of the best; super fun activities, indoor options, not crowded (mid June), incredible playground castle, lovely surroundings, easy to park etc. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
