Very good day out for the children. clean and tidy and food is pretty good. water slide is very good. would say the park is better suited for children over 5 as the climbing frames and water slide have restrictions. overall a good day out for the money.

One of the best parks I have visited in a long while, I have a 5 and 4 year old and there was so much to do.<br>There is such a large variety and even the food stalls where fair priced, my own constructive criticism is that there needed to be more readily available drinks sales stalls.<br>Fantastic day out and would highly recommend

Had a great day out here as usual. Took our daughter on the go karts for the 1st time. We'll worth the extra. Loving the new animal section and trying to work out what animals going to be in the new big bit in the corner.

Fantastic place for kids - loads of activities, but the price has increased considerably! Charging full price for anyone over 2 seems rather harsh. An expensive day out when you add in lunch, icecreams and extra cost activities!

Update!!! Have been coming here for years now and am always impressed with the changes each time we come. The recent wooden castle play area is like nothing else I’ve seen and equally amusing for children and adults to climb on and around.<br>The animals look well cared for and the new animal area was great to explore. I love the new Sherlock Holmes experience although it was quite scarey at times.<br>Also the most important thing is your staff are so friendly and well trained. They make you feel welcome and are full of smiles. The Costa coffee area is great too in froggys.

Absolutely brilliant family owned/run place. Ignore the stupid reviews that are claiming discrimination......they have jumped on a opportunistic bandwagon that's misformed and not the truth.<br><br>This is a fantastic park, great value and a wonderful day out for kids. The staff and management are incredible and do their best in sometimes very difficult and challenging situations.<br><br>Highly recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Me, my friend, my dad went to knock hatch. At first it seemed very expensive but when you go it’s worth it. The food was very good and I loved the soft play area. There were some very cute animals, and some wierd ones. Every ride I went on was, fun and adrenaline rushing. Unfortunately I did get a friction burn on one of the slides because I didn’t know you had to have a fully covered shirt. But that was all my fault. The slides I went on (all but red) were very fun, the games behind them were also fun. Although for some rides you do have to go to the shop to get a ticket, which will cost an extra 4 or 5 pound but it’s all worth it. The staff were very nice, friendly. I can’t wait to go there again with my friends, family and have an even better time every time I go!

Great family day out. Sadly the process to collect season passes was a tad poorly thought out as we had to pay for the day then get a refund when we left and collected our passes. Other than that was brilliant!

Fantastic day out with the 'little ones' and more than enough to keep the 'older ones' occupied. Really good VFM IMHO, we were there today with three grandchildren aged 5,7 & 9 for 6½hrs. Every one of them had a great day!
