An extra hot day and the staff well lovely and amazing people

Good value for money and on site food also not a rip off like most places. Good to bring picnic as loads of places to eat it. Kids loved it.

We had the most brilliant experience. We booked the keeper experience for my sons 9th birthday we were greeted by Owen who from start to finish was just absolutely amazing ,he interacted with both my son who was booked on the experience and the rest of the family including my other son who also got the full experience.Owen is an absolute asset to knockhatch he was so knowledgeable about all the animals and shows pure passion with it. I would highly recommend going to knockhatch and will be returning ,all the staff are so friendly we really had a fantastic time.

Kids loved it. 6 hours of fun.

We were looking for a wind-down day while visiting the UK after a week of go-go-go and found a leaflet for Knockhatch. We visited during the heatwave in July 2018 and were expecting it to be unbearable. But no! There's lots of stuff for younger kids to do (my 7 year old was entertained all day) from the wave runner (BRILLIANT slide!) to the bungeed trampolines to the slides in the dinosaur barn (insane slides!), we all had a good day out.

Good value for money to...I can't remember the entrance fee but it didn't seem expensive for what we got to do. Def recommend a visit.

Amazing day out for the whole family, no matter what the age there's something for everyone. Me and my boy love it here.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here today. We visited as a family of four with two children aged 8 and 7. We had a lovely time. The park itself is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Along with the animals there are lots of other bits to do as well - rides, rowing boats, runaway train simulator ride, water ride, splash park, lots of kids play areas including 2 indoor play areas, one dinosaur themed with drop slides.

The staff are an asset. The young man who ran the owl display was so knowledgeable and was happy to answer lots of questions and explain the hunting behaviours etc of the Siberian Eagle Owl, who today managed to take the glove off the keeper! This was very interesting.

The staff who ran the animal encounters were fantastic, particularly the man this afternoon who was so good with our girls and slowly worked with them to help them hold a tarantula - both are petrified of spiders!

A fantastic range of activities available.

The only negative of our visit today was the extremely long wait we had for the rowing boats; in excess of 1 1/2 hours! Whilst there were plenty of boats free and seemingly plenty of room on the large lake for these, they were left on the bank. At one time there were 6 boats that came in at the same time but the young lady had not sorted anyone’s life jackets so there was considerable delay getting the boats back out again. Very poorly ran and no organisation at all! It was quite frustrating that because of this we missed the outdoor owl
show which was such a shame. Before visiting today I hadn’t had much interest in owls however the staff were so passionate about them and enabled us to get up close to them that I now have a new found love.

Would highly recommend this park.

Tips: Do the rowing boats and water ride early first or last thing as there are limited queues. Plenty of places to stop and eat a picnic. Animal food is only 50p. Look online in advance at the payable activities so you can buy these tickets on entry - Go karts, climbing wall? Bungee trampolines etc

What a fantastic day!, It was my grand daughters 8th birthday so we decided for my wife and grand daughter to do the meerkat experience and what a day it turned out to be made special by Owen and the guys with the animals. We had a whole day in the park which my grand daughter loved with all the things to see and do so the day just swept by. We ate in the hungry toad cafe and found this to be really good value for money and really good quality so if you visit don't bother bringing a picnic you won't need it!
All in all a fantastic great value really enjoyable day out for all the family.

Excellent day out and isn't expensive

A relatively unknown (to me) park but with loads of activities for all the family.<br><br>We loved it.

Great day out. perfect for children of all ages. The staff were very pleasant and helpful .... children of all ages ..... the staff let me go on the big trampoline at 75 years of age. They must have been killing themselves but were so helpful, courteous and sensible. BTW, we did have a 12 year old with us.

Kids enjoyed it but too many attractions have additional costs!

Took my 3 year old grandson and he loved it, especially the dinosaur play barn and the boating lake. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly the young chap who looks after Peppa pig and the goats. Recommended!

I loved this place, it was super funky and fresh although I wish I was younger as I believe I would have enjoyed it more #gutted

Brilliant day out! The entry price was very reasonable and there was so much to do. We arrived at 10 and struggled to get around the whole park. It's great so many things to do and the fact you can get close to so many animals is great! The park was not overly busy either which made the visit much more enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and polite. Will definitely visit here again!

From the great discount for booking online the day before to The friendly and helpful staff this was a great day out. It’s refreshing when a venue doesn’t overpromise and then underdeliver, Knockhatch does quite the opposite. I’ve lived in the area for 7 years and never been before - how annoying.
Love it how much is included in the price, especially crazy golf, and even the go karts were good value if booked before.
Drinks and food refreshingly well priced and clean and polite restaurants.
Well done to all staff and management.

Last Sunday we celebrated our son 6th birthday party 🎉 at Knockhach . After some delay as we forgot to download the party list<br>and staff ,very helpful done it for us ,we had the most amazing day . Jake our party organiser prepared the party room lovely and was ready to help with everything . Had a lovely day and all guests were impressed with the food , party and enjoy all the park Thank you Knockhach and see you next year for next birthday party 🎉 🎉

Excellent place and lots to do

Super funny park with lost of animals and entertainment for your children. Soft play and water games. We enjoyed our day there.
