Great safe play and adventure park for young children. No cars to worry about. And much cheaper day than the nearby Drucillas

An enjoyable day spent here with my nephews. They seemed to find plenty to amuse themselves with (go karts, various slides and bouncy things, row boats and a climbing wall) and I agree with a lot of the other reviewers that the food is reasonably priced for this kind of place. On the negative side, as a first timer I didn't buy any of the extra attraction tickets on arrival as I did not know what there was or what would appeal to my nephews, this meant trudging back to main entrance to purchase the appropriate tickets on a regular basis and often finding that the queue was much bigger on my return. That said I those who come regularly avoid this problem, however I am sure a better solution could be found.

Our family group consisting of 2 adults and 5 children - ages ranging from 5 to 13 had a brilliant day at Knockhatch. There was such a large selection of activities that kept the children entertained from 10am until 5pm (they would have continued if they could). The park was clean and very well organised.

We've passed Knock Hatch many times on our way out of Eastbourne and thought we'd try it as a birthday treat for our 8 year old grandson. On one of the hottest days this summer his parents, 11 year old brother and 2 grandparents spent a day filled with activities we all enjoyed. Starting with the go karts, then on to the rowing lake which was a huge success, the water slide, then mini golf before lunch. The only down side was the 1 hour wait in the searing heat for a turn on the climbing wall. It was poorly organised and like the go karts should be timed. Our 2 climbed twice in 10 minutes whereas others never even got 1/2 way up and were allowed 20 minutes. We would give it a miss next time. On a super hot day the splash pools and then the Lost Kingdom Slides were a great way to round off a memorable day. Didn't have time for lots of things so we will definitely return and make another day out with our 2 younger grandchildren. It was a nice touch that water bottles could be filled free and that picnic areas were readily available in the shade. Although we brought a picnic drinks and ice cream were reasonably priced. A much better option that the over priced Drusilla's just a bit further down the road. Make sure you buy tickets online at least 24 hours ahead of the visit.

Went on a Friday, inset day for our kids so quieter than usual I suspect. But kids enjoyed feeding the animals, massive water slide that possibly scared me more than them. Barrell ride was great, and as quiet sure we went on additional laps.
Lots of indoor play if it rained too, already recommended to friends and family

Visited here with our 5 year old grandson last week, but suitable for all ages. What a great place there was so much to do.Animals, rowing boats, slides, crazy golf and dinosaurs to name a few and if the weather's nice bring swimming stuff because there's a lovely paddling pool.We took a picnic but plenty of nice reasonably priced food outlets. We booked online the day before and was less than £30 for all of us (high season) cheaper at different times of the year, it's a little more if you pay on the day,but still great value for money. We were there for most of the day and still didn't do everything, will definitely go back highly recommend.

Great place for under 10's not so much to do for older children, go-cart's are very good but cost extra. The Wave Runner is a big hit with both children and adults but the que is very slow moving. Awesome slides. In the Lost World Play Barn.

Knockhatch just gets better and better. There is so much to do for all ages and once you have paid the entrance fee you can easily spend a day without costing too much. The lost world attraction is really good both adults and children in my family had fun on the slides. The paddling pool has been updated since my last visit and is perfect for the kids to cool off on a hot day.
Lots of animals to see with some animal shows to watch. We took a picnic and was here from 10-5 as there is so much to do.

Plenty to do from walking around seeing the animals to experiencing the rides and slides.
What I liked about Knockhatch is that the children had to climb up to the slides etc instead of everything being automated. That being said, some of the slides were very steep, being virtually a sheer drop for the first 2m. The water slide was very popular on the hot day we visited. There was also a paddling pool for younger children.
There were extra rides that cost on top of the entry price. We did the bungee trampoline which cost £3 per person. There was also wall climbing and go karts.
It was a nice change because we didn’t feel we were being ripped off with the price. It was very fair.
There is a cafe in site but there are also plenty of designated picnic areas.
We took a picnic, change of clothes if children got wet. Maybe a good idea to take swimming costumes.
A good day out, reasonably priced.

We were staying in camber sands for the week and happened upon knockhatch for a day out and we're so glad we went with it. Incredible value for money. We were there for five and a half hours with 4 kiddies and still didn't manage to do all of the park. Kids loved every minute, especially the dinosaur themed indoor play and the splash Park. All the staff were very friendly and I don't think I saw one bit of rubbish about the place. Everything was so clean and tidy and the park was such good quality.

If we lived close by we'd definitely have a season ticket! Must go here if you want a good day out.

We had the most brilliant experience. We booked the keeper experience for my sons 9th birthday we were greeted by Owen who from start to finish was just absolutely amazing ,he interacted with both my son who was booked on the experience and the rest of the family including my other son who also got the full experience.Owen is an absolute asset to knockhatch he was so knowledgeable about all the animals and shows pure passion with it. I would highly recommend going to knockhatch and will be returning ,all the staff are so friendly we really had a fantastic time.

We were looking for a wind-down day while visiting the UK after a week of go-go-go and found a leaflet for Knockhatch. We visited during the heatwave in July 2018 and were expecting it to be unbearable. But no! There's lots of stuff for younger kids to do (my 7 year old was entertained all day) from the wave runner (BRILLIANT slide!) to the bungeed trampolines to the slides in the dinosaur barn (insane slides!), we all had a good day out.

Good value for money to...I can't remember the entrance fee but it didn't seem expensive for what we got to do. Def recommend a visit.
