I have used Janets FIorist several times before. I ordered a hand tied bouquet for a friends birthday on the 29th June 2023. The flowers were delivered in the morning as I had requested. My friend was over the moon with her surprise delivery. She said that they were beautiful and very fresh. I like the idea that I am sent an email reminder a few days before so that I can place my order. The website is user friendly and easy to use.<br>There is a good variety of bouquets and extra treats to choose from. Will be using Janet's Flowers again and would recommend

I would like to say just how wonderful Janet’s flowers are. We had to recently order flowers for my mothers funeral on 25/10/22. They were so kind and mindful. We chose our flowers and wrote down the wording for the cards. They delivered the flowers to our appointed funeral directors and the flowers were just so incredibly beautiful, even better than the photos shown. We were overjoyed. I am happy to say that we donated mums funeral flowers to St Wilfred’s Hospice so that they could also bring joy to their residents rather than them going to waste. Thank you so very much Janet’s Flowers for being so wonderful, I cannot recommend more highly enough! x

Wow! Use this shop if sending flowers/gifts in Eastbourne or surrounding area. Bent over backwards to accommodate, happily changed delivery day at last minute. Then delivery driver called when no-one was at delivery address and said he'd even go back later (even though out of his way)<br><br>5*'s simply not enough<br><br>Rob (via satellite phone relays and all sorts of other issues)<br><br>Thank you Janet's Flowers and your driver

I've bought a few bouquets from Janet's Flowers over the years, both personally and for business gifts and I am always so impressed with the service they provide and the beautiful arrangements they produce. As gifts the recipient is always delighted. Carrie and her team created the most amazing flowers for our wedding on Monday. Despite the intense heat, the yellow carnation buttonholes and my bouquet were bright and fresh. The colours and design were exactly how we'd discusssed. Who would have thought a hat box would look so good as a table centrepiece!! Thank you so much.

I called this flower shop in a mad rush and panic.<br>I wanted 5 long stem roses with ribbon & a message.<br>Within a hour.<br><br>How they made them look is beautiful.<br>So me, my hubby & kids can each place a rose with our own message on my grandmas little coffin tomorrow<br><br>Thank u so much ladies.<br><br>I will certainly use you again and FULLY recommend

Janet's Flowers were so accommodating when I could not attend my dear friend's funeral because of Covid and I had to arrange to have flowers sent at the last minute! The floral candle tribute was absolutely gorgeous, I asked Carrie at Janet's Flowers, to add some lavender and left it up to Carrie to choose the flowers as long as there were some pink colours.. As you can see from the photo, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely recommend this florist - the customer service has been excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. :)

We have been using Janets flowers since the passing of our daughter in September 2021. We are completely and utterly amazed by the hard works and skills they have in floristry. Not only this, but they are incredibly caring and considerate. They have time after time tailored our requests beautifully for our baby girl and we cannot be more thankful.<br>We are regular monthly customers and highly recommend them to anyone.<br>Honestly, thanks again.
