3rd time I have ordered from Janet's for my mum and always very good service. The flowers are always lovely and fresh and seem to last ages longer than the ones you get from supermarkets or petrol stations...yes I'm last minute normally.

I was delivered a beautiful hand tied bouquet of mixed flowers. The flowers are lovely and fresh and a good selection with not too much greenery. I have to confess I had not heard of this florist, not living in Eastbourne, but I am keeping the details for future reference. I would recommend them to anybody.

Made a purchase of some flowers, they arranged the next day, ac couple of flowers we hoped would be in there weren't and there were some substitutes, so sent a message, although we would have been happy just to have kept the flowers that were delivered as great condition. Later that evening a knock on the door and they had brought the flowers that should have been in the box but due to high demand they couldn't put them in but they had just had a delivery so brought some round.<br>Excellent service can't rate flowers highly enough.<br><br>Thank Janets flowers made my wife day.

Called late last week on Thursday evening to order some lilies for my wife as was our 10th wedding anniversary. Delivered to me at 07.30 the following morning. The lilies were and have been superb all week. Great service and beautiful flowers, thank you to Ian and his team.

This was my first time with Janets Flowers, They were recommended by a friend as I had been let down twice by other florists. I placed my order 10 days before our special anniversary. Unfortunately, they had not arrived by 3pm. so I had to ring , and eventually they came about 4pm. I was disappointed about this. However, the flowers were brilliant and I would use Janets again.

Great service, even under the lockdown restrictions! I was looking to replicate my wife's wedding bouquet as we celebrate our 20th anniversary. The replica was great, looked amazing, delivered early on the required day, and were greatly appreciated! What more could you ask?

Rang this morning only half hopeful that I would find a florist able to deliver a heartfelt bouquet to a friend who has sadly lost her beloved husband. Chose Janets Flowers based on Google reviews, and the glowing reviews were not wrong. Spoke with Ian who is such an empathetic gentleman. He made helpful suggestions and soon after sent me a photo of the beautiful bouquet he made up for delivery to my friend today. I heartily recommend this florist.

They were amazing! I was as last minute as an order could be. I placed my order at about 8:30 in the morning and it was very important that it was delivered before noon that same day. They took care of me immediately and graciously. The arrangement was beautiful. I recommend them very highly!!

We urgently needed a same day delivery to our daughter to help her celebrate Orthodox Easter. I felt very pessimistic but phoned Janet's Flowers, new to me. The florist could not have been more helpful,and that same morning delivered a huge hand tied bunch of glorious mixed colour flowers exactly as I had hoped for. My daughter was ecstatic.
