Service in the shop was great very nice lady, ordered with no problems.But when I got to see the flowers at the funeral I was very disappointed they were in a dreadful state, soft, dry and practically dead, not what I wanted considering other flowers were ordered at the same time and they were perfect. Messaged shop to express concerns but no refund offered or replacement flowers, not worth the money paid.
