Booked a week ago at Watford for this weekend when we was down last time we tried to eat here and it was fully booked so the wait was well worth it the food the service was top notched this will be our go to Chinese when we visit here from now on very friendly place and warm atmosphere

We had my sons 18th birthday meal at Hoisum on the 8th September 2022. From the moment I booked the staff were lovely and helpful. They allowed me to take in balloons and even put up photos of my son to celebrate (ok embarras him on his special day). The food was amazing, there were 14 of us and the food all came at the same time. They allowed us to bring our own cake and the manager brought it out at the end and joined in singing happy birthday. He gave my son a complimentary sambuca to celebrate being able to legally drink and my son will always remember this. They were really understanding when some people couldn't come due to covid and other commitments. Everyone in the party was very impressed by the food and the care from the staff. We will definitely be back. Thank you Hoisum.

Out of the way from tourists, full of local people . Couple who ran it were cheery and welcoming. Food good and not expensive. Much better than you would expect in a small back street Chinese restaurant. Go there! I'd definitely go back.

We Love going to Hoisum for Lunch it's extremely good value and really delicious food.<br>It's down a very small road near the station.<br>It's worth making the effort to find it. They don't open every day so check the website for opening hours.<br>Please like this review of its helpful 👍🏼

Went for a lovely dinner which was very tasty and the host seemed genuinely happy and engaging. Made us feel very welcome and very reasonably priced.
