Comparing to all other Chinese restaurants I had a chance to visit this one was OK but not above average. Restaurant is hidden in a small street, there was no phone signal nor WiFi.

Hidden Gem<br>This is the review I promised the owner King<br>We stumbled on this restaurant by chance.A lucky stumble<br>They do a special 3 course lunch for an unbelievably low price.<br>Lovely tasty food, lot's of choices on the menu,large portion and important to me,it arrives piping hot.<br>The owner is very friendly and the place is very clean<br>My main course of<br>Hoisum special Chow Mein was the best Chinese food I have had in the UK<br>We definitely be returning and will recommend to our friends and family.<br>Off the beaten track but worth the effort to find.<br>Thanks Keith and Dax

After a day in beautiful Eastbourne, we decided to have Chinese before going back home, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we had Sweet and Sour Pork, with rice, and it was great, highly recommend it. 👍

My favourite Chinese restaurant in Eastbourne.<br>Unfortunately I moved away I miss their quality food. But everytime when I go to Eastbourne once a year HoiSum is 100% my dinner place. It is a hidden gem and I recommend without any hesitation.

Fantastic chinese restaurant. Needed google maps to find it as it was down a side street but was well worth it. Food was great and the service was even better, fairly quick and the staff were very friendly, happy to chat if you wanted a conversation. Overall great value for money. Would highly recommend.
