We visit this restaurant regularly and have never had a bad meal. The food is always delicious and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The owners Vasilis and Vicky are so nice and always have time to talk to us. We visited with friends last night and we all had a great time and I made a point of asking everyone how their food was. There was no need, the reviews had been done online as we were at the table! All good I might add and some were planning what they would order on their next visit. It is essential to book if you don't want to be disappointed, even lunchtimes can be very busy. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough - give it a try or you will miss out on something Gr/eat!

We had lamb shank at the restaurant. They serve a generous amount in plate and the food tasted awesome. The meat was falling apart from bone and the meat was so juicy. In all it was a awesome lamb shank.

An experience no one wants to miss. The food was divine. My starter was superb. My lamb shank was melt in the mouth. Again a lovely evening. Dilemara??? What do i have next time. Have been twice and had differrent food. Equal par with quaility and taste. It was so good on both occassions. Best place in eastbourne. Well done to the lovely chef

Our second visit. Wow tried somethink different. It was out of this world. Lamb that fell off the bone and melted in the mouth. Mousse so scrumpy. Oh wish this was in Hastings. Well done to the chef for again another fabulous meal

We had a very enjoyable meal that reminded me of many meals that we have had in Greece. The flavours were authentic and the food was well presented and beautifully cooked. The service was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Outside of Greece itself, this has to be the best Greek food I have tasted , add to that the wonderful, friendly staff, the beautifully cooked food, the atmosphere, recommend the meze . We had a lovely time here and it's No 1 in our books for places to eat in Eastbourne. A big yes to a return visit

I came here for dinner after a nice trekking along the white cliffs and we couldn't have chosen better. The place is beautiful with nice traditional Greek music. The ladies working there were nice, friendly and efficient. We ordered baked aubergine, grilled vegetables and halloumi salad, courgette fries and lamb chops as main. We were really hungry, and we ate almost everything. Every single thing was delicious. We have been in many Greek restaurants in UK and this is the one closer to real Greece. The house wine was the only available by glass, it was ok, could have been better to be honest. The price was very reasonable with a bill of £47 included the tip. A shame this restaurant is not closer to London and i could go more often ;-)

We enjoyed an impromptu meal here. The calamari were succulent and crisp. Feta encased in sesame was unusual and delicious. Our moussaka was light, and tasty. The service was willing and pleasant. An excellent meal.

We had lunch here with friends. We ate inside in a couple of comfy bench seats. I had a Greek salad which was small but tasty. Albeit I would have liked more feta cheese. My main was calamari with a small portion of chips. The food was all good boy for me it lacked the wow factor.
Staff were excellent. Toilets are downstairs and clean. Busy restaurant and I would visit again but would try something different.

Totally agree with all the other excellent reviews. Food is great, service and hospitality fantastic. Typical Greek restaurant that you would find on any Greek island. I would thoroughly recommend this place. Thanks to all here, will be back.

I am a Greek, a Greek living in the UK since 2004 That never NEVER found so good and original Greek food outside Greece before (oh maybe that place in Leiden, NL but not in the UK)
The atmosphere was bright and fresh and the staff was so very friendly and helpful. The place is very well decorated and clean.
We had the mezze which is a huge ordnance of amazing tastes in little dishes followed by one main per person (it was me and my wife) the food was authentic and really well prepared.
We finished our meal with a great kataif and Greek coffee which we highly recommend.
Our note to the chef: we found that the fava was a bit to the blunt side so we would suggest some seasoning there or simple fresh olive oil.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening, having tried to get in a couple of times before, but it had been fully booked. The fact that a quite new restaurant is regularly packed out and you need to book a table says quite a lot in itself.
We tried the Greek Meze which was just under £20 per person. Both of us were very pleased with the quality of the food. Really tasty and well presented. The quantity was more than sufficient too. We also tried one of their Greek red wines Neo Gi which was quite pleasant.
This is a really busy place and the staff clearly have to work very hard and yet still manage to give good service. It can be quite noisy inside though.
I will certainly go back again.

Had an early evening meal here - couldn't decide what to have so we did the meze option. It was delicious, we didn't know what we were going to get (though I'd made a special request for dolmades to be include if possible). The food just seemed to keep coming and it was all wonderful. It was a lovely evening so the doors were fully open, so whilst we weren't outside, it had an alfresco feel. Will definitely be going back.

As soon as you walk in the door you feel like you have been transported to Greece and the holiday feel is all around you. Great warm welcome and a fantastic choice of dishes that are freshly cooked. Great value for money which I feel is very important. I will be defiantly booking to go back and taking others with me.

Had ti book - and glad we did. Despite being busy - and planning for a full-house party later in the evening, we were well-looked after - the meze is a delight to behold - and hullumi - one of my favs - was added without question. Eastbourne has needed a place like thus for years - now it has it - don't miss it!

Booked a table for 5 of us on a Saturday evening, they managed to squeeze us in but asked politely if we could be finished at a certain time - no problem for us as it still gave us 2 1/2 hours to eat!
The staff were extremely helpful and were happy to cater for a very fussy eater. The whole meal was delicious and well presented.It is not a large restaurant so had an intimate feel and very relaxed. Several people were turned away whilst we were there so booking in advance is a must.

Overall lovely food with good pricing and great, friendly service, and ending up with a little greek dancing for someone celebrating their birthday! We had an evening meal incl. some meze dishes which were all really good - I'd recommend booking as we just got in and they were turning people away all night.

we visited this restaurant for the first time last Saturday and shall definitely return. We chose the mezze menu when a variety of dishes was brought to the table. everything was delicious and unfortunately there was so much we were unable to eat it all. If you like Greek food you will love this restaurant. Friendly helpful staff despite an extremely busy service.

My chicken souvlaki was excellent, rice and the home made chips were great too will definitely go again. I didnt like my starters bright pink side dish, but that was down to my personal taste not their fault. Will try a different one next time!

I have eaten here for lunch 3 times now. I have tried different main courses and a selection of the salads and dips. All are delicious.
The starter of pitta and mixed dips is enough for 2 easily and the salads were all very fresh. I particularly liked the beetroot dip!The service is great, friendly and quick. The different choices on the menu are all reasonably priced too
