There are so so so many wonderful things I can say about Grand Flowers and the ladies who work there!!!
They are an inspiration to me with my business as they are always looking for new lines that are sustainable, quirky and just gorgeous. They also put so much effort into understanding their customers and the quality of their flowers, gifts and chocolates are second to none.
The customers in Meads and from surrounding areas in Eastbourne love them just as much as I do and they are my only choice when it comes to finding something special for an occasion.
The girls that work there are so friendly and care about their displays and create wonderful feature windows and outside displays for their flowers and gifts. Come rain or shine their shop looks beautiful and they work tirelessly to keep standards exceptionally high.
I love everything about them and their business and if my business is half as good as theirs in the future I’d be over the moon and know I’m on the right track.

Recently my Auntie passed away and she was a massive Winnie the Pooh fan. My family wanted the Flowers from us all to be Winnie the Pooh themed. The team at Grand Flowers did an amazing job and took it upon themselves to produce an amazing pillow of Christopher Robin and friends playing Pooh Sticks. My mum suppiled the Characters and the rest was up to them. Lizzie (Hope I'm correct) even spent her weekend, in her families garden, finding foliage for it. I'd just like to say on behalf on my family, Thank you so very much and I will always recommend this florist to anyone who would appreciate that personal touch and Customer Service

Grand Flowers prepared a spray for my mothers coffin. It was beautiful with great care taken to consider what would be suitable as well as what my mum. We could not have been more impressed and the flowers were much admired by all attendees. Thank you

From elsewhere in the UK I ordered a bouqet from the 'leave it to us' range to be delivered in Eastbourne on a special occasion. The recipients of the bouqet were absolutely thrilled with it, and mentioned especially how fresh all the flowers were. I'm very happy with the service I received from Grand Flowers.

I just wanted to say, what an amazing florist your are. I ordered my flowers for a funeral 2 hours before closing, and needed them the next day. (I thought I was way too late) anyway to my astonishment they said they could do them. They were absolutely beautiful. They were amazing perfect and I’m forever great full 😊😊😊 thank you so much xxxxx

I don't usually do this kind of thing, but so impressed was I by the whole experience, that I felt compelled to say a few words. The staff were ace, the service was tip-top, and the flowers looked amazing. My partner was well chuffed - and that's all that matters. There's one or two clowns on here who have given this place a two and three star review. Idiots. That's the Meads for you, though. Grand Flowers are, quite simply, Grand. If I could give them six stars I would. Salut.<br>(***review by the bloke who ordered the white ranunculus for his partner's 50th).

Grand Flowers have done us proud today! Today is our 20th Anniversary of our business Everycare and my request to Grand Flowers was to deliver 7 'goody bags' (amazing products from their store) to our office between 11.30-12.30 when we knew all our staff would be there to receive them. Val delivered them spot on time. Great experience with Grand Flowers, Thank you to all the team involved.
