I ordered flowers and a card during the first lockdown. Kate was amazing and so helpful - she sent pictures of relevant cards, allowing me to personally choose. I placed the order in the morning and they were delivered that same day, just after lunchtime. Couldn't recommend Grand Flowers enough!!

The flower arrangement was exactly as I had requested. In addition, Kate had listed the names of the flowers in the enclosing card which was a lovely extra gesture. They were so thoughtful and professional when I spoke with them. A real find!

Grand Flowers are absolutely wonderful, they are so welcoming and friendly. They always take the time to put together a thoughtful bouquet, my mum adores wild flowers and she is always delighted with the bouquets I bring home! I highly recommend and if I could give more than five stars I would!

I always recommend Grand Flowers to others for their flower requirements when asked. I buy several different flower stems regularly from the shop. The flowers are of very good quality and they always have an excellent choice and can often get flowers in quickly if in season if there’s something in particular you want. The staff are always very helpful, knowledgable and enthusiastic about their flowers and plants. I also purchase cards from their quality and extensive choice as well as gifts from the shop when needed and my daughter likes their range of vegan chocolate and sweet options they have in stock. Thank you Grand Flowers for your fantastic regular service over the past 18 months that I have had and I look forward to many many more months/years flower talk, learning and purchasing!

Grand Flowers is my favourite retail outlet in Eastbourne. The selection of gifts, plants and flowers makes this shop the go to place for last minute presents. The team led by Kate are all welcoming and provide a excellent advice . In addition to providing a excellent customer service they are reducing the amount of plastics that they use making them an environmentally aware retailer and also have recent set up a hygiene bank collection point for people in need. If you haven’t visited this shop you must go. Set in w beautiful Edwardian premises with high ceilings and shop fittings that compliment the building, just going in there is a great experience.

Kate and her team are just wonderful! I discovered Grand Flowers a year ago and have visited at least once a week since from Alfriston whether purchasing or going in for a friendly hello and quick chat! I go to get my flowers but often come away with a sundry or two from pots, chocolates or a lovely greetings card!

Grand flowers have helped us in our annual fundraiser and are a really friendly bunch. Delicious selection of truffles and flowers (obviously!). Also quite a cosy corner with funny gift cards and little gifts like a cute little flamingo or a delicious scented candle.
