No confirmation of delivery , this is pretty rude. I guess the reason for wanting orders online is because you can then blame the customer ! I had a lovely conversation with the manager and wanted to edit as I had been over sensitive. She let me explain my issue and all is well. I would recommend every time x thank you x

Kate and her team know their stuff - and I'm always impressed with their flowers. I've been using Grand Flowers since 2002 when Kate did my wedding bouquet and table flowers! Lovely team, always go above and beyond. Can't recommend highly enough!

I can't thank them especially Lizzy ,enough for the most beautiful display they created for my mum's coffin yesterday. Well....I came out of 4front Physio and walked across to go to my car, but as I was about to pass Grand Flowers beautiful shop that I had seen many and admired many times, I noticed a board outside advertising hand made chocolates ....well that was the moment I stopped and went in. Why I had never ventured in before, still perplexes me. As I walked through the stunning shop of beautiful flowers, the wonderful fragrances totally transported me back in time, as flowers so rarely smell of anything these days, unlike the flowers that smelt so beautiful and fragrant in my younger days. (I'm old but not that old!!)<br>Then I saw the amazing array of chocolates....I was totally in heaven now! A lovely lady Kate asked if she could help and I told her what I was looking for. We had a wonderful conversation about chocolates and flowers and old times, it was just lovely. She told me all about the chocolates and makers and how they were done and so much more. I ended up treating my husband and I to 3 boxes of various chocolate delights, well worth every penny. The chocolates have now all been devoured, delighted in, and were to our tongues, like the most amazing treat rewarding our taste buds, they must have thought they had died and gone to heaven!! We only ate maximum of 2 a night, as we wanted to really enjoy them. So .....if you wish to give your taste buds the treat of a lifetime .....go and get some chocs from Grand flowers and enjoy the beauty and fragrance of the entire shop. Thank you Kate for all your help and the lovely chat...i will be back to replenish our stock of chocolates soon.

Always perfect flowers.<br>I've ordered from grand flowers a few times and never been disappointed.<br>I wanted to leave an amazing review because back in December grand flowers really helped me out last minute with some flowers for my dads funeral. I ordered last minute and they were still able to deliver on the same day to me as i was shooting to Manchester the next day for the funeral.<br>They made everything so easy and smooth, they couldn't of helped more. the flowers were lovely and lasted ages.<br>Extremely grateful.

Absolutely amazing bouquet delivered to my door for my birthday. The photo with chocolates was taken the day of delivery. The second photo with just flowers is eight days later and they still lock as fresh as the delivery day (not one flower has died). Needless to say the yummy chocolates did not last this long. Thank you to hubby for sending them but also thank you to grand flowers for creating such beauty the lasts for so long.

I found this shop whilst working in the local area and thought I’d get my other half some flowers. After looking around I found a whole aladdins cave, including some amazing chocolates. They do all manner of treats to get us guys out of any situation. Feel it’s a hidden gem of Eastbourne all guys should know about.

This place is a gem. Not only to they sell the most fantastic flowers, bouquets and plants the gifts are amazing. Everything is of the highest quality but reasonable for what you get.<br>Try the chocolates as well.<br>The last thing to say is the staff are brilliant, helpful, knowledgeable and can create the most fantastic bouquets 💐

Kate and the staff were so helpful. It was my mother's 80th Birthday during lockdown and they arranged for a beautiful bouquet and bottle of champagne to be delivered for me.
