Beth, Chloe, apologies for getting a bit frustrated with some of your detailed questions and information requests, as I feel for a small company sale, on some occasions it was complete overkill. BUT (after speaking to Jeremy Laws at a drinks party....! ) it is belt and braces, and on reflection, 25K legal costs to protect a 7 figure payment is a great investment !! So I have to take that back, even though the process was a tad arduous!! Well done team !!
