Complex case with clear solutions
Our situation became complex, with the sale of a plot, running concurrently with our house sale. There was also a boundary issue, to add to the complexity. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Lauren is the most responsive, helpful and professional solicitor I could ever hope to dream of. She answers every email very quickly, was extremely patient, and was on top of the job. My house buy (and house sell!) would have taken at least another 1 to 2 months had it not been for her efficiency and attention to detail. An absolute joy to deal with.

Decree Absolute
I had my Decree Absolute done by them... tough it was a hard and painful times, they help me to get it done in a smoothly manner which I nearly forgot about it. Anyway, I do recommend their services. I just hope that I won't have to use ever again for this purpose hehehe
