The pizza was gorgeous at Flour Flow. I really enjoyed their crust. We booked as a table of 5, with one person being gluten free. They were happy to accommodate this and the gf person could have any pizza they wanted, just with a special base. Service was very friendly, we were checked on to make sure we liked our food etc. Toilet was impeccably clean. Very happy.

A small cafe looking pizza house, basic but outstanding at the same time<br>Pizza is sourdough, has wine , and also gluten pizza free as well. Food was excellent. It it worth a visit , I will be returning.

Genuinely some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I had a ‘make your own’ pizza with tomato, pepper, ham, rocket, and mozzarella. Delicious. The staff were kind and understanding with my dietary requirements. Lovely atmosphere inside whilst my partner and I waited. Worth going out of your way to get.<br><br>Secondo me, la pizza più buona d’Eastbourne. Il personale è gentile e comprensivo nei confronti delle mie esigenze dietetiche. L’atmosfera era amichevole. Tornerò presto.

My first pizza here and it was absolutely delicious. The dough was light and not too filling. The chap running it was thorough with his explanation of the gluten free pizza for my partner, all was fine and I didn't need to eat two pizzas tonight! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back! I wish I also got the mac and cheese, next time!

Best pizza in Eastbourne and I've tried most of them! Proper thin crust Italian pizza with fresh toppings and dough made each day. I live closer to town centre and surrounded by Pizza places but have driven over to Hampden Park just to get the pizza here. Have had the Parmigiana di melanzane which was perfect texture and delicious sauce, highly recommend. All the home-made pastries look tasty. I went for the brownies which melt in the mouth and have lovely rich chocolate. Every time we have come away with a loaf or 2 of the fresh sourdough bread and eaten half of it on the drive home! Friendly owner who clearly has a passion for making tasty food and good coffee. Deserves every success.

Ordered takeaway from here and it was so good, lovely pizza base which you rarely get anymore. Really reminded me of genuine Italian pizza we had in Garda! All I would say is please make sure they are sliced :-)<br>Highly recommend Magic Truffle

Best pizza ever! It is a little expensive but worth it. We have enjoyed lunch here but also had food delivered and it’s been outstanding. Won’t have pizza from anywhere else. Highly recommend Flour Flow and their bakery bread and cakes are gorgeous.

I've been here several times now and each time the pizzas, sandwiches and coffees have been absolutely delicious. I also highly recommend the pistachio latte! The decor inside is really cute too and the owner is always friendly 😊
