Family kept saying how good the food is, so we all had takeaway pizzas and desserts. The food is absolutely delicious, the margherita and the pistachiomisu was so yummy I couldn't stop eating it. If you like authentic Italian pizzas etc, I would highly recommend Flour Flown.🍕🍧 looking forward to popping into the shop for bread and cakes 😁

Ordered on justeat the first time and food was absolutely delicious so I went to the premise out of curiosity and had some more delicious food and met the lovely owners. I will go back and also order more online as I really enjoyed everything I ate so far. Service was fantastic matching the food! Prices are actually low/average compared to others, however the food is much nicer and you can taste the good quality of ingredients. 5* well done!

I visited here randomly as bever been in. Only had a latte as I'd already eaten, but the menu looks amazing with some unique sandwiches and pizzas with choice of neopolitan or thin crust. The latter was very nice, I definitely want to try the food and will update when done so.<br>Nicely decorated and calming inside with a few plants (not sure if real, bur looks nice) hanging up.<br>The guy I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable.

I think this is the start of an amazing bakery/bistro.<br>Honestly the best pizza in Sussex at the moment with everything freshly made in front of my eyes. And probably the best pizza sauce I've had.<br>Lovely owner with a true passion for what he's doing.<br><br>Cafe side is very small and would be easy to feel busy but with the quality of food this place should be sold out every day.<br><br>Must try for foodies looking to see what's happening in Eastbourne.

First visit to Flour Flow and the team were really friendly and the service was prompt. You can tell by talking to them they really care and passionate about their business.<br><br>The menu is has a lovely selection of pizzas as well as sandwiches and a selection of sides. It’s so nice to see somewhere that isn’t churning out basic pizzas and sandwiches and adding their own stamp on dishes.<br><br>We had the fish finger sandwich and the popeye pizza, our son had the volcano (without chilli flakes). Everyone really enjoyed the food. Lovely fresh ingredients used and the pizza dough was fantastic, my son would have happily just eaten the crust as it was “so yummy”!<br><br>The restaurant was relaxed and clean. We grabbed a sourdough loaf and flat white to go, coffee was well made and tasted great, looking forward to trying the bread.<br><br>It’s just the sort of eatery that Hampden Park needs! Can’t wait to pop back and collect more stamps for a free coffee and pizza.<br><br>I really hope the people of Hampden Park and Eastbourne support this local independent bakery and restaurant.

We enjoyed some amazing vegan pizzas this evening. Beautifully light sourdough bases and really tasty toppings, all cooked perfectly. We had the vegan margarita (with extra caramelised onions), vegan Parmigiana and vegan Mush-Mellow. And the vegan cheese was not oily at all. Best we've had in ages.<br>A1 service - rang our order in and half an hour later four amazing pizzas ready to collect.<br>And loyalty card stamped (buy 6 and 7th is free)!<br>We'll be back.
