Enjoyed visiting the pier on a hot weekend. Lovely to see more and more businesses going on there and more work being done to attract more.

Well at least they have one and it's open. Bar, chips and some tat. But some how it seems OK and you only have to buy it if you want. I'm not really being fair. It is what it is and you can take your choice, but it is there and that's a big plus although I saw a lot of teens jumping into the sea on Sunday and I wish someone would stop that, I don't want them injured.

We had a fabulous day. Parked alongside the seafront, beautiful weather. We had a picnic on the beach then went into the sea for a paddle. Walked along the pier, lovely trinket shop at the end with gifts and ornaments. Had a ice-cream and overall a great day.

It is free to walk along this pier and you get some good views of the beach and the coast. Unfortunately there aren't many amenities other than a cafe and a nightclub at the far end. Some work was taking place to build some more shops so maybe there'll be more of a buzz next year.

Basic offerings on the pier, but a beautiful example of Victorian architecture and tradition. Important also in ww2, you can feel the history as you walk up and past the golden lions. It's a shame there aren't information points to talk of the important role the pier has played in british history, and its recovery from that and the fire that later threatened to delete it forever. Services on the pier cater for tourists but also fishermen, with bait shops showing the real Eastbourne amidst the shiney tourist trappings. Was able to be seated for drinks easily... often the bars on piers are so busy and impossible to get in to. Will be good to see businesses move in to the units, injecting further life, personality and vibrancy to the pier.

Good 😊 Clean Beach. Plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of parking all around (mostly free in the streets). Not crowded or trafficked. Good fun and enjoyable a day or two. Plenty of surrounding to enjoy and make your day. I must recommend this beach comparing to visiting overseas specially in this COVID restrictions.

Free entry, plenty of space and seats, but not many attractions so a quiet place to sit and enjoy the view.

Eastbourne pier bit of letdown as the pier does not offer anything exciting only a cafe and very small arcade probably still recovering from the covid pandemic.

A quintessential English Pier dating from the 19th Century. The original shops are worn and wobbly which adds to their charm. New buildings are being constructed, perhaps for additional cafes? Ice cream or fish and chips at the Pier entrance to eat at one of the many tables whilst admiring the views toward Hastings or Beachy head. Well worth a visit.
