No soap in the toilets... ridiculous! Overall quite busy and felt difficult to distance as lots of work going on so 1 lane on the pier in places. We have had better times there than recent.

Very strange town.
Thought we’d somehow teleported to Poland as hardly anyone spoke English!
Pleasant enough little sea front and pier if you don’t mind crackheads and beggars .

Shame you can't take dogs on the pier. It meant we couldn't all stay together and enjoy it as a family.

Great fun for all of the family with something for everyone with shops, crafts, food, drink, play or just sitting down and enjoying the atmosphere. There is also a special section for fishing at the end of the pier and a tackle shop to hire and buy all you need to try to catch a fish or two. With a couple of buildings undergoing renovation during our visit there will be even more to enjoy very soon.

Whilst visiting Eastbourne you've got to visit the pier, its a tradition i guess! We got some fresh cooked donuts from the shop at the pier entrance sat down on one of the picnic tables and then i got Mugged by a huge seagull that swooped down , quite expertly it must be said, and stole the whole donut from me, much to the amusement of my wife and the people on the other picnic tales! I bet pier security had a right old laugh on the CCTV about that! LOL!
The pier itself is undergoing some sort of restoration/ having new shops/ amusements fitted along the deck but its still nice to walk o the end as there's some superb views of Eastbourne to be had.

JUST BE CAREFUL OF THE ROBBING SEAGULLS EH!

What a lovely day! Eastbourne is SO much friendlier, cleaner and more interesting than Brighton. Amazing food and service at the Crown and Anchor pub on the seafront.
