In the great tradition of English Piers , this one more than complies. It was free admission when we went on , and has all the usual pier amenities from stalls to arcades and food, and people of all ages were drinking and dancing to live music at the top end, well worth a visit ...in my opinion .

There's a lot of refurbishment going on ,on the pier . But you totally distracted by the music being played life by a local band ,great atmosphere. Cold drinks vastly overpriced ( small bottle of water £1.90p ) being sold by the chippie at the entrance to the pier

Nice visit for afternoon tea at the Victorian tea rooms, birthday occasion with granddaughters.
Didn't get the full monty though looked as good as on the pics,we had tea and scones, jam and cream.
Scones could have been a bit lighter bake (like Mums) but still yum.
Nice venue, clean overall, decor suited, window seats and well spaced tables.
Very fair on prices,I'd recommend, a visit, I booked to be on safe side

As a fan of Piers in general, Santa Monica being a favourite, it's great to see them being looked after and cared for. Nice and wide, comfortable atmosphere with great views of the coastline, I'm looking forward to going back in the summer when all the attractions shops, cafes and open and in full swing.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful in the summer when the sun is shining. The donuts at the entrance are delicious too! It would be nice if the arcade had more games that weren't ticket focused like driving or shooting games

Many improvements have been made, it is slowly getting more attractive. Tried the new gyros shop on the Pier!!! 5stars...reasonably priced, fresh ingredients, reminded me of Gyros I had in Athens, highly recommend!!!

Decent Pier, well maintained. Looks stunning from the beach with its gold domed roofs.

Has a few decent shops along it, doesn't have any rides or the fairground element that Brighton Pier has.

More of a traditional pier, a preserved remnant of a different time.

Everything You need to enjoy a day by the sea side. Donut shop, Chip shop, Arcades etc. I Think this pier needs a little more tlc, As the Gold paint has started to chip off. But its defiently great, For a pier atleast.
